Kudos for getting yourself to be more active! The best thing you can do is try to make a habit of finding time to work out, then gradually build it up. I've been kinda slacking myself, lately. I've been trying to force myself to run every other day. I honestly don't even like running all that much, but I just wanna start building up endurance. Lately it's only been about once or twice a week. I keep trying to give myself excuses for why I can't take an hour to run or bike. I am pretty active at work, thankfully, but I still feel it's not really enough. Actually, the Oatmeal's latest post is what really motivated me to get up and do stuff.
