  1. The new Earth album. 3 songs in and it's quite excellent. It's more of the "Western Drone" style.
  2. Reading this topic made me sort of sick. =\ Come on guys, cook at home more!
  3. Started off with some car I can't even remember the name of. Some 4 door japan-only (or at least something the dont sell in america) family car. I recently bought a RX-7.
  4. To me this intro encapsulated the hugeness and nostalgia of the entire game and I really didn't think it was that powerful until after beating the game. The soundtrack really helps out a lot.
  5. Obligatory Demon's Souls post. It's not to much the difficulty as it is the learning curve. Even then, it's still difficult and you have to keep your game up at all times.
  6. Srsly. Are people ignoring the fourth disc or something?
  7. Advertisements, advertisements everywhere.
  8. If that's your argument I'd say that GTA3 did all of that better than VC. Anyways, once you wrap your head around it, San Andreas seems like it still could have more to do. The feel of the game I really enjoyed except for the part out in the woods. Especially how it all ties up. It has what's probably the best GTA ending.
  9. 4 or 7. One thing that bugs me about the older FFs (yes, even 4 as much as I like it) is how you're forced to accept things with minimal plot and character development. Relationships especially. 7 was the first one to really expand on that sort of development so I do like my two favs for different reasons. Also, I don't think 7 has the best particular anything, it's just the best overall package in my eyes.
  10. I disagree with all that. SA had more mission variety with more things to do. Body building wasn't required. At all. The graphics were better (honestly, why wouldn't they be?) Radio stations are completely preferential. SA had more variety and quality across the board instead of only having a few good stations like VC. Plus, San Andreas had a much better map. IT WASNT FUCKING FLAT
  11. Shaq-Fu makes sense in a way. He just happened to get into a bad situation at a random dojo...
  12. I didn't like Dolphin HD. The whole look was too bloated. edit: Downloaded it and tried a few sites. Definitely a lot better! Perfect for my 2.1 phone with my shit slow processor.
  13. Is dolphin mini faster than the standard browser?
  14. Tbh, over the years, it seems like he's done a lot of random shit like that. True or not.
  15. I think I have gone to too many shows for a lot of them to stand out. For most of what I listen to the performances are always fairly good even if the music is mediocre. Like stuff like Mogwai which I'm not into anymore and still translated into a great live show. If you pick your shows right then they will all be good.
  16. My anecdote is true for everyone. Sorry, but communities aren't even built up of nothing but "hardcore" players. There's plenty of different skill levels and attitudes. Don't stereotype people.
  17. Ugh @ fighting games online. Figure out who plays in your area and play in person.
  18. Currently on the job hunt. Anyone have tips for searching for full time jobs for a guy with an AA and retail assist management experience?
  19. I'm really not excited to play a bunch of "3DS-ified" games. I'll wait for now.
  20. I always prefer some hobbies to not be shared. Everyone needs their alone time. Gaming I find it hard to relate with even my guy friends as I seem to be more into games/have played more games/played a great variety of games/follow game news more.
