    In what ways was it tower defense? I seem to recall someone mentioning defending your base but did this occur often and how did base building affect it?

    Well when you have big empty worlds it's not very hard. Especially with randomly generated missions.

    That's a huge issue with pre-orders in general. I get why they do it, because they're adding this stuff in later after they've already figured out the pacing of the game and don't want to include these items somewhere where they would make more sense, but it's annoying as hell.

    Why do you say "You'd" instead of "I"? I didn't have your issues with the controls. I'm used to adapting to different controls for every game.

    I can't even imagine how anal I would be with more than one base. It was bad enough with just the one.

    What are you having trouble with? You basically treat it like Windows 7 except for the start menu. For the start menu pin all of your favorites and organize them. If you hit the minus sign in the bottom right you can then right click on columns to name them. Windows 8.1 makes that feature way more apparent. If you want custom tiles and shit then use OblyTile. Important shortcuts (all on the desktop) Alt+F4= Shutdown menu Win + I= Go right into the settings section of the charms menu Win + X= Power user menu Win + W= Settings search. Won't be necessary in 8.1 as it will have combined search again.

    WD! But yeah if you're no rush wait until you see a crazy deal. Personally I bought a WD 2TB Red a few months back. I think it's basically just a 5400rpm version of the black. It's for media so I don't need the speed. I'm saving that money for a SSD.

    On PC someone might force close it or put it in sleep. Hell, even on PS3 that was an issue with Dark Souls. You can't turn off the PS3. You actually have to quit the game and then shut off the PS3. Yeah and what's wrong with that? Often I listen to my own music. If anything I would an option to have music on during cutscenes and off at other times since I will often pause my music during the cutscene unless I'm using subtitles.

    It's just an expansion? Eh, I guess I can wait until it's cheap. I don't feel like playing through the game again just with some new stuff. Jesus that video has some terrible sound mixing. It looks like Sessler has a mic but the other two don't and they don't account for it in post-production so Sessler is loud as fuck compared to those two.

    I don't even see a placeholder for where the image should be. There's nothing blocked w/ NoScript here and allowing content w/ Disconnect doesn't show anything, either.

    I see what they say about the controls. At certain points you'll have to draw on the Wii U Gamepad screen, and the only way to do this effectively is to remove at least one hand from the controller. Its not really that practically. It works, but i can certainly see why someone might have trouble with it. You can use the right analog stick.
