  1. I keep moaning to people about the whole no matchmade raids thing. It's bloody annoying that the content is cut off without unnecessary hoop jumpage. Though I noted that there is more support for lfg features now.
  2. Take a bite of an undunked digestive, push it against the roof of your mouth and suck. Something comes out. Juice, sweet malty nectar - call it what you will - it is glorious and you should not resist. Edit: I guess dean replied too while i was writing, but I'd already put the undunked bit in my post. Dunking is an abomination. The juice sucking works best with mcvities I think they're less dry than some other brands I know that of which you speak. Calling it "juice" is what has turned it gross.
  3. The juice!? You have now made digestives gross and I cannot eat them.
  4. Red Dead Retribution? Red Dead Revelations?
  5. Better the devil you know. I think this can be safely filed as an administrative error. Not some indication of widespread corruption. As TFG said, the expenses thing was MP's jumping through loopholes (at best) to feather their nests. This looks more like a misunderstanding of how, if and when something should be double charged. I also doubt that the "battle bus" made any difference at all to the outcome. In other news, I will be severely pissed if the baby boomers that fucked up the housing market for us go ahead and fuck up our place in Europe because of some outmoded, age of empire, xenophobic stupidity. http://www.theguardian.com/politics/2016/apr/02/eu-referendum-young-voters-brexit-leave Seriously old people, this isn't going to affect you. You've got your pensions, you've got your house(s), you don't have a job for an immigrant to take, just leave this one to people that actually have a stake in it.
  6. I use Alt + 0153 a lot and Alt + 0169 a bit less frequently.
  7. CBS seem to have got the amount of lens flare right at least. Oh, also, I always recognise that woman as Dina Araz in 24. http://24.wikia.com/wiki/Dina_Araz
  8. Given how much he hams up the Palpatine role I'm surprised Ian McDiarmid was so reticent to have a bit of fun with it.
  9. If it works I may have to give this a try. https://share.oculus.com/app/i-expect-you-to-die
  10. In this case I think "Art" is more narrowly defined as "Art and Design" rather than "The Arts and Humanities". http://stemtosteam.org/
  11. From an industry perspective, art is pretty important.
  12. Doesn't seem like it would be better at modelling anything like tsunami effects or what have you, but does make things more easily understandable. Could also be a great accessibility tool for those who are blind? You could feel pie-charts etc. I dunno. Seems like a solution in search of a problem.
  13. I hear it a lot, but given my employment history it's not surprising. Also hear it referred to as STEAM (the A is "arts"). I was at a seminar a while ago and my manager was incandescent with rage that the speaker kept talking about Steam and not Origin until I pointed out that they were talking about S.T.E.A.M and not Steam.
  14. Oh man, Vagrant Story by Squeenix. I played it in my teens, couldn't get it. Played again in my 20s still not clicking. I remember getting to this dragon thing and just failing utterly miserably to do any damage. It had some really counter-intuitive systems in the combat, like chained attacks would get weaker, you'd hit for 30hp on the first strike, then 20, then 10, by the fifth strike you were doing 1hp damage on a creature that had 1000s. It's a shame cos I loved the world and the crafting and what not, but the combat just didn't go in to my brain.
  15. I was being facetious. I don't expect a) planning permission was needed for a structure like that or b) he would give two shits if the local council tore it down.
  16. Hope he got planning permission for that.
