Games You Beat in 2022: PXoD's Bogus Journey

This has been my fave VR experience to date. While it is short there's still like 6 (iirc) missions, there's a huge amount of replayability as each mission has puzzles that can be solved in multiple ways, and there's a lot of bonus objectives to achieve. The first time you solve a puzzle in what feels like a hacky way (even though it is almost certainly intended) is great, like lighting a cigar, and using it to ignite a stick of dynamite to open a door, rather than doing it the "proper way" just makes you feel so smart. -
I love everything about IEYTD. Really hoping it comes to PSVR2.

It's a tricky one, I don't love the in-between sections, but at the same time, I'm not sure what is a good alternative. Just selecting the next battle from a map/menu screen would fall a bit flat too.

I liked when they did it in Metal Gear Solid though. (I guess it wasn't a trope then). Especially given that the sneaky bastards slip a time bomb in your pack. *chef's kiss*

I "oof"ed, and then registered to pre-order. lol.

Dead Space 3 is to Dead Space what Aliens is to Alien (imo). Totally different experience, but an absolute blast to play. -
The turn to camera at 30 seconds was hilarious.

I really enjoyed DS3. You could craft some absolutely nuts weapons that were really fun. I highly recommend playing it coop with a buddy. -
It's extremely frustrating to me that the rule is not "New PM = immediate General Election". It feels deeply wrong that we will have had 3 Prime Ministerships (if not 3 different PMs) with no say from the general public.

The fact that we need a disambiguation is, in itself, telling. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2022_United_Kingdom_government_crisis

Ah, didn't read that at the time. I tend to differentiate between leaks and hacks, but accept that it's not an industry standard.

It's a real shame, I think driven by (i) Arrogance that you think you know better than the PR/marketing teams that have worked on the release plan; and/or (ii) A desire to get acknowledgement from people you don't know. Seen similar in CoD, someone leaking info because "we weren't sharing enough info with the community" or something like that. Like, maybe you do know better, but that's not the way things work. You plan and execute as a team, or the whole thing falls apart.

The irony of calling this movie a "live action remake" is palpable.

BRB, creating a controller company called "Fight or Flight"...

Oh yeah, that reminds me... saw this a while back and it's amazing... I'm definitely getting a new watch next bonus paycheck. lol. https://ciechanow.ski/mechanical-watch/

I loved the bait and switch with Totally had me in the first half as I wondered why the Predator would even do that.

In the UK the Predator is a Disney Princess for those wondering.

The only actor I can think of off the top of my head who doesn't look like himself (if you get what I mean) from film to film is Gary Oldman. Guy is a freakin' chameleon.

Gaiman's adaptations have generally been spot on. Neverwhere, Coraline, and Good Omens were all great.

I know where you are coming from @TheMightyEthan. After bouncing off Returnal, I think difficult bullet-hell games are just Not For Me, even if they are otherwise excellent in terms of lore, art-style, best of their genre, etc.
