  1. The story is basically over, there's one little cutscene that you get after doing all that stuff, but it's really more like an epilogue than an ending.
  2. Middle Earth: Shadow of War I didn't technically beat this, but I'm calling it beat anyway. Essentially the game should have "ended" with Act III, and then Act IV should have been post-game content, because it's essentially just open world shenanigans with no story missions. So I'm going to say I beat this even though Monolith made the baffling* decision to not put the end credits until after Act IV. It's really quite a great game though, especially if you pretend it ended when it should (Act IV is pretty tedious). I would highly recommend it, despite the snafu with the ending placement. I'll probably get the Story Expansion Pass once the second story DLC releases. *It's not really baffling, they made it part of the "main story" so you feel like you have to play it, and it's tedious because they want you to buy their microtransactions. Thankfully that's not a problem in the main part of the game, I never once felt like I needed to buy anything from the store.
  3. You need to see Event Horizon. I love that movie. That's on my list of media that I wish I could experience for the first time again.
  4. So is this game a quasi-MMO like Destiny, or is it singleplayer? I've been confused about that since it was announced.
  5. You could always use something like FRAPS or RivaTuner to put a framerate counter on the screen to see if it dips.
  6. I believe the 2DS XL is "New".
  7. Ori has a kind of leveling up, it's just the kind that you do by spending points on skills instead of getting skill points for discreet levels.
  8. Episode 4 just came out, so 5 should probably be out in a month or two.
  9. Yeah, it says you used a bunch typhon augments at the end if you use more than 0 of them.
  10. I would, but it's not on Switch or PC...
  11. 3376 at 4k high graphics, and 7666 at 1080p high.
  12. I wish that game had a Switch version, I'd be all over it.
  13. Yeah, I understand why they kept supporting it as a backup plan in case Switch tanked, but now that Switch is well established they need to drop 3DS. @Mal I'm confused what you mean about get rid of the 3D. Wouldn't that just be a 2DS/New 2DS XL? (Goddamn Nintendo sucks at naming these things.)
  14. Then yeah, the only real difference is the amount of problematic things he's done. Which is why I keep coming back to three times is enemy action.
  15. Wow, I thought that fight was a bitch on normal...
  16. @Bogie 2.0 you keep trying to turn this around on Obama, but here's the thing: I don't like Obama that much either. I think he was better than Trump (and Bush) but that's really not saying a lot.
  17. Beyond both being open world action adventure games they're really quite different. I would say I liked Zelda more (I mean, I've played it all the way through twice, but now that I've platted HZD I doubt I'll ever go back), but they're both excellent.
  18. @Bogie 2.0 Sorry for taking so long to reply. I have specific responses to two of your points, and then a more general response to your post as a whole. First, I was not referring to the fake tweet, I was referring to the quote you mentioned. Here's the full twitter thread: Just so we're clear what I meant by that. I admit I was paraphrasing when I used the word "lazy", but I think that's a fair inference to make (Puerto Rican workers won't help, they want everything done for them), especially in light of my general point below. Second, I do think it's fair to judge him by who he appoints. For instance, Sessions was known to be a racist before he was appointed, yet Trump still picked him to head the government department in charge of enforcing civil rights. The fact that that doesn't seem to be a problem for Trump (or the Senate) reflects negatively on his character. For my more general response, there's an adage that I think is applicable: Once is an accident, twice is coincidence, three times is enemy action. It's nearly always possible to explain away someone's statements and actions as being not as bad as they look, and if we were talking about one or two isolated incidents then I would have to admit that you have a point. But Trump has established a pattern of this kind of thing (I didn't list anywhere close to everything), and that pattern doesn't go away just because most or all of his individual statements and actions can be rationalized when looked at in isolation. They do not occur in a vacuum, and taken together they paint a picture of a very bigoted person. That's why he doesn't get the benefit of the doubt.
  19. Regarding EA's licenses, it would depend on how the contracts are drafted. I would imagine the most likely scenario would be that MS would have to keep making the licensed games multiplat.
  20. The "deliver to USPS for end-point delivery" is specific type of shipping option, so the shipper must have selected that.
