  1. If you'd asked me that like 5 years ago I would have said GTAIII, but now I don't know...
  2. The Widescreen Gaming Forum has a lot of fixes for stuff like that. Here's the Splinter Cell page. I use that site a lot for playing older games.
  3. The only game midnight launch I've ever gone to was Halo 3. I usually just don't care enough to go out at midnight to stand in line and pick up the game when I can just wait until the next morning and do it without a line.
  4. Bioshock (though "hate" would be too strong a word)
  5. I think that is by far the highest praise I've ever seen anyone give Enslaved. I liked it, but didn't think it was just amazing. Worth the $30 I paid for it.
  6. So you don't have to play splitscreen? Also, my computer is in the same room as the PS3, so it's not like it would be "hey, come over to my place so we can play the game from different rooms."
  7. Also it doesn't take into account the fact that the laser is aimed. "Hey, Dave, the target's got a couple of mirrors... make sure not to aim at the mirrors."
  8. I dunno, but in the instructions for activating the PC version is specifically says to do it after you link your PSN account to your Steam account.
  9. I take issue with this assumption. Granted, even if you do need a code to tie it to your Steam account you'll probably be able to buy that code fairly cheaply.
  10. The way I read it is that the PS3 version has a code that lets you tie it to your Steam account, and then you'll have to be signed in to the Steam account on the PS3 in order to play online coop with someone on the PC. Since you can't be signed in to your Steam account on PC and PS3 simultaneously, you'll have to pay for two copies in order to play coop like that.
  11. Bribe money from the console manufacturer?
  12. I thought RDR's ending was perfect too. Another thing we can agree on, Yante! Of course, I liked herding cows and stuff, and was disappointed that you couldn't do that kind of thing throughout most of the game. But yeah, Dean, that's like the way practically every Western ends (not counting what I'd call the "epilogue").
  13. Day 26: Red Dead Redemption Day 27: God, I dunno, half the shit from the Halo series. Day 28: Bioware Day 29: Viva Pinata
  14. Male Shep's voice actor and Female Shep's voice actress are both Canadian. I know the voice actors are Canadian, I'd just never noticed them sounding particularly Canadian.
  15. Ooh, I wonder if they have any of those left at our Borders. It's also closing. They probably don't though. *Edit* - Cars didn't impress me, but it was entertaining enough. I think The Incredibles is the best Pixar movie after Toy Story though.
  16. A weapon like that would be useless against big ships anyway because it's only line-of-sight, as opposed to anti-ship missiles that can go over the horizon. Also like the army the navy is working on improving its ability to fight asymmetrical threats like piracy/terrorism, and pirates/terrorists don't tend to have destroyers.
  17. For is that not what man has dreamt of since he first looked up at the stars? @GOH!: They didn't sound especially Canadian to me, just Generic North-American.
  18. A whole damn lot. Probably Portal 2 next though.
  19. lmao, I can just see it: Paragon option - Okay, we'll go solve your [insert insignificant problem here]. Renegade option - Shut the fuck up and quit whining before I throw you out an airlock. Either one results in loyalty.
  20. Wow, my roommates and their friends must have been much much more boring than yours.
