    Played some Jackbox earlier with Dean and Metal and it was a lot of fun, so I bought some to play with the family since we haven't been able to do our game nights since all this started.

    @deanb You probably know this, but Discord lets you turn up the volume of individual users too, so if you turned everyone up to 200% it might help overcome the game audio. *Edit - Also, on the strength of that I bought Drawful 2, Jackbox 3, and Jackbox 6, so I have a few games in 6 that dean doesn't.

    Yeah, I'd like to try them out while they're still on the Steam sale, so I can get some if they're as fun as everyone says.

    I'd be down for some Jackbox. If it's as good as I've heard I might buy a pack or two too, since this quarantine has also interrupted my siblings' and my game nights and that might be a good way to get them going again.

    Dean and I are gonna play at 7:30 UK, 1:30 Central, 3 hours from when I'm posting this. @MetalCaveman & @CorgiShinobi, you guys and whoever else wants to join are welcome to. We've been using the discord for voice.

    I did that in the original Destiny, but in 2 I just want interested in running through all the stuff to level all the different characters.

    Yeah, when my villager told me about the shooting stars I spent like 20 seconds watching the sky and when none appeared I gave up.

    Yeah, my only character is a hunter, I just don't worry about it.

    Yeah, I got a number of achievements immediately on logging in the first time. It's cool that they've made it free to play, but I feel like the systems are not explained well at all, particularly how to get missions in the first place. Anyway, who's up for playing today? The discord is the place to congregate.

    Mic quality was fine, it was a little quiet but I was able to fix that by upping your volume. As far as fireteams, I believe it's 6 except for strikes which are 3.

    Missed this. I think with the new F2P version you can join others immediately, but I'm not sure.

    The game has built-in voice for your party, or we could make a Steam chat. Discord could be good too though, so other people can hop in even if they're not playing the game. I *think* my headset will let me use the Switch properly, I've just never actually tried it. I know it works with Xbox and PS4 for the chat audio, but on both of those the chat audio is separate from the game audio, I've never actually used it on something where it's all one plug like the Switch.

    If that doesn't work we can do Fortnite on Switch, I'll just need to figure out how to get my mic set up.

    Destiny 2 on PC. The base game is free, right? *Edit - Yes, the base game is free, which is all Metal and I have anyway. Looks like there are a couple of things left out, like some raids, but all the campaigns and strikes are in there.
