They cost the same, one gives you less stuff...
Unless you really really hate the PS3 controller or something, I don't see why you wouldn't get that version if you have both consoles.
I want to get on tonight but I also want to finish my papers tonight so that I can play MNC tomorrow on the PC beta.
So I'll get on tonight if I finish my papers.
*Edit* - Yeah, I'll play both too. We've got a good group on the 360 version, and not all of them will be able to play the PC version.
The best thing I can think of was when I was a freshman in high school in my English class we were supposed to write about poetry so I wrote about KMFDM songs.
My fiancee wrote a paper for her anthropology class this sesmester about the Kotakuites Minecraft server though.
Rule of thumb: If your computer can run Team Fortress 2 decently (as in, medium-high graphics, little or no lag) then you can probably run MNC as well. If not then you probably can't.
Based on what that article said, it looks like it would apply to any game that worded its EULA appropriately. However, that's just the 9th Circuit, and unless the US Supreme Court rules on the issue the other 10 circuits (there are 11 total) can choose to either follow that ruling or not.
Amazon also has Mass Effect 2 for 360 for $11

It also has the PC download version for $15. It's $20 on Steam.
I'm not sure what that link was supposed to tell me, but you're right, I just tried it and it will let me move it. Some games, however, will not let you transfer the saves between storage devices at all.
