    3DS

Just survive for a few months LP. Honestly, I think it could even be sooner if it is *only* $200-something. *Why the hell am I talking like this? "Only" $200-something?
  2. For all intent and purposes, no. It just switches out the chicken and potion at the waypoint (portal?) rooms (according to the wiki). So yeah, just plain old regular gameplay.
  3. I'll be honest and say that I always think that Jorge is pronounced like "Whore-hey!".

    Cube World

I need to remember people's requests... Vecha, sorry about forgetting about this. If you see me off mobile on Steam then yeah, chances are I can play. Now about the Mac Daddies... http://www.reddit.com/r/CubeWorld/comments/1ix1uz/cube_world_is_working_for_mac_through_crossover/ There seems to be a way to get it working on a Mac. You folks can wait and see if it pans out. So far it seems like it does.
  6. It is pretty decent but I gave up after Daddy Issues* and Pizza Hut. *But its Wakamoto so it is okay because of "MUHAHAHAHAHA!" and "RRRRRLLLLLLUUUUSHHUUUUUUUU".
  7. Hit up Ghost in the Shell. All of them. You can take it one at a time, especially with SAC and 2nd GIG since they are 26 episodes each and are separate arcs. The movies (besides Solid State Society) are separate. Arise is also a separate universe and is mainly a prequel in ways to SAC. I suggest hitting up SAC and the movies first before you go into Arise since it is about The Major starting out... Others... Baccano. Immortals and 1920's-30's. Gunbuster and Diebuster. Super robots and GUTS versus antibiotic aliens. I wouldn't say it is over the top but Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is sort of like Gunbuster and Diebuster (Super robots) but it is a bit over the top. Sword of the Stranger. This is a movie. I would watch it for the action alone. KARAS, OVA movie sort of thing. Might not be amazing story wise but that OST and action!
  8. This is actually Ys I and II. With that, I own the prequel (Origin) and the next game chronologically (Oath in Felghana). The only other English release I know of is Ark of Napishtim which is three games ahead of Oath, story wise. It is suffering to be a(n?) Ys fan.
  9. Yeah, Watamote is about a girl hikki (shut-in) in her beginning stages of shut-in-ness. I just took a swing at the manga and so far it is sort of like a mashup of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei and NHK ni Youkoso. Enjoyable so far. UnstableArk, I suppose you can also hit up some older animes. For example, I'm about to hit up Record of the Lodoss War and Escaflowne. Ah... the 80's-90's was filled with these sort of fantasy animes. Speaking of which, I should retry Slayers. I should also hit up Dragon Half. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NQf45wFfB4s LOOK AT THIS. How can you not watch it? Sure it is ecchi but come on bros... shit is tame to the amount of fan service we get now. For fuck's sake, they redid Gundam Seed/Seed Destiny to ave panties shots with the bulges.
  10. In the end, Mushishi is a rock solid anime. I'll admit that I was bummed to not have more developed side characters (especially the cripple girl who has to write to keep a terrible mushi to sleep) but I felt the side characters were expanded on surprisingly well for the short amount of time they had. I'm bias but off the top of my head I recall... The kid who can create mushi by merely drawing and his mushi-fied grandma. There was a green sake cup/bowl thing. The kid who had to stay in the dark since his eyes was infected by a light sensitive mushi. Shit get cray-cray during extraction. I believe the "river of life" get introduced here. The river mushi and the girl who sort of lost color. The immortal people due to some funky sea mushi. The prolonged spring/winter mushi and the girl with her brother (I think) who lived with it. She is potentially a love interest since Ginko had trouble getting rid of this mushi and had a really prolong stay. The girl and the sky bungee mushi. I forget what it did to her. There might have been an older mushi-shi who tried to deal with a serpent dragon god mushi. Cripple girl as mentioned above. She is also a strong canidate for a recurring character since she needs new stories about mushi abatement. Most involved killing the mushi but Ginko makes an effort to just send them away, which she likes. Ginko's master/sensei. This one might have involved the river of life itself. I think I got about half the episodes. Sure, I don't know their names but I can pick them out easily. #8 is particularlly important to me since I have a feeling she might reappear in season 2 if it ever happens. Regardless, it is implied that Ginko does go back to some places.

    3DS

XL it is then, I suppose. Kind of odd to have Nintendo back in my life soon... Sure I had a Wii but that hardly counted since that was gifted to my family by my brother. This is a conscious decision on my part.

    3DS

Well, I'm currently looking at the XL for $280 for regular edition with New Leaf or $410 for the New Leaf edition XL. For sure it'll be way cheaper if I went the regular 3DS route. I personally don't care if it looks like a toy (Come on, look at me on here...) since I'll be playing it at my house. I also don't care about size since I already rock one of the larger (Was the largest I think) phones on the market, the Epic II. Either way, I'm budgeting $300 and see how low can it go. I'm thinking I might be able to get a XL with New Leaf and some other game around Turkey Day. Oddly, I might be able to save up half the amount next month. I'm a patience man and I got a backlog to get through... so I'll be fine.
  13. For the first time ever, I mashed up a bunch of these to initiate the end of the world. It didn't happen. So ya'll get the best of the bunch.
  14. Nigga, Mushishi is one of my favorites. I am still waiting for a season 2. Which reminds me... I recall hearing that there was an upcoming announcement regarding Mushishi. Edit: Nothing solid but the creators are working on a new project, which started sometime last year. With another 4 manga volumes to work with... there is a chance.

    3DS

I have decided to save up for a 3DS. The 3DS is now really damn stable so it isn't a risk. Though intuition tells me that I should go for a Vita instead but I think that will be bundled with the PS4 eventually. So yeah, currently 3DS for Animal Crossing, Mario, Pokemans and some RPGs. I'm just unsure if I should get the XL or just plain old 3DS. I'm thinking of a holiday purchase so yeah, I'm going in new (I like my consoles and such new...). So yeah, I'm looking at about $200-$300 purchase (could be less) of a bundle with Animal Crossing. I'm quite sure I can pull that off if I save $50 a month. Anything over can be eaten by my credit card for a month.
  16. Driving in the rain on switchbacks in wine country is one of my most favorite things that I've done. Tree cover along the road so it wasn't that wet. I got to mention that I was breaking in my Prius as well. Good thing I don't have a sport car... yup, over the speed limit on a rainy day on blind switch backs and curves. Now I live in a city where I don't really have to use my car. Biking almost everyday has done me good. Still haven't gotten that amazing bike ride in yet but I for sure gotten some good ones. It is all thanks to General Weather. Weather now is clear and perfect. Ah, Central Coast... whatever hit Revan yesterday only gave me mugginess and maybe a slight sprinkle during a partly cloudy day.
  17. Really took some time to read Nukoduke (8 Chapters in). It is pretty damn cute and I can see why it is popular for those who read it. Yuuya, you should read it! Now I'm going into "It’s Not My Fault That I’m Not Popular!". This one might hit close to home... I try but can't say I can shake who I am... a quite guy with really not much to say. Before I get into a rant about my life story... time to jump in!
  18. After putting in a few hours into it, I enjoy it a lot. The only guys that I cannot take out regularly are the small ones that does the body slam. It is so hard to get to their nape of their neck. Also, Q and E are your friends. It shoots out to the middle. Edit: Also the hit boxes aren't quite perfect either. I know I hit them on the nape of the necks plenty of times.
  19. http://fenglee.com/game/aog/ If you don't know about it before, you do now. Cue the OST and have fun.
  20. Mercenary Kings... Metal Slug inspired game. Not sure how I feel about it but multiplayer sounds sweet.

  21. Ace Combat Infinity seems to be PS3 only. I can work with that but it is odd if true.

Looks interesting. Do like some flying shootyness.

    2. Faiblesse Des Sens

      Faiblesse Des Sens

It was just announced and it's coming out on 2 months on PSN? I don't have much faith in it especially after the last Ace Combat.

  22. Honestly, this is THE game that I'm sad to not have. I could use a PC clone... ;_;
  23. I need to get back into the VN again. Still have one of the biggest drops I ran into. And yeah, the OST is fantastic. And yes, Bern should look familiar to Higurashi fans... nippah~ Edit:... Wait a minute... -looks at avatar and signature-
  24. Then you better pray that there isn't a Suiseiseki episode then... desu~ I'm a desu bomb waiting to blow up, if allowed desu. As for Hellsing... Have you looked into the manga? Reading and finishing that made Ultimate that much better.
