With Atomsk's status post, I am remembering the days of Creative where I played for a few months... then the day I bought Minecraft for Indev with no concept of that it will morph to Infdev then onto Alpha. What a ride.* Also, it is great to see dragons finally making an appearance after teases of making them from over a year ago. I think I recall the first mention of them from Notch was back in Indev/Infdev. Now this: *Doesn't mean I don't have this problem and that problem, like how out of place a dragon's movement looks like but it sure have been worth my money.

So, after all these years and watching people play it all the time, I finally played a game of the DotA genre. Sure I sucked ass but I got team (club) support. After looking into it more, I think I know what to do know, instead of getting killed ten times without a kill of my own.

Well, you can't overlook the fact that he had/has a certain aurora around him. He's an icon of the tech world for a really good reason. He marketed and branded Apple to the point that you can't look at an Apple product without thinking of Jobs. He is/was a sort of Warren Buffett/Einstein. I just respect the guy for having such genius to reach such a level. All other aspect of him... I'll be sitting with you on the same boat. A year or two ago, I heard Woz speak and at one point he did a subtle stab at Jobs. Was pretty funny.

Sure, why not? If I recall last year, they were the ones that lost to the Giants. They're a good team and I think its about time that they win.

Wow. Isn't this sort of preorder bonuses the ones we were afraid of popping up? Sure they can offer them for download later for a fee but yeah... imagine if they don't?

Some devs and publishers don't even know that concept exist at all. They fix the game a week or months after release... fuck, look at Final Fantasy XIV. They're overhauling the entire game after months of complaints with most of them coming from the time of the beta and shit. And... MasterDex beat me in replying.

Initial impressions: Core gameplay is fine. What the fuck lasers and sniper flash indeed. Internet browser server list is alright but yeah, doesn't make much design sense. Installing Origin actually nearly froze my computer... Edit: Why does Origin freezes my computer when it starts up?

I just got into Mount and Blade. After 3 times being smashed into dust, I finally got something going. Sure my footing in the beginning was shaky but if you hire enough folks, things get easy enough. Then comes the food and gold problems... well, time to raid the country that my kingdom is at war with. FYI, I am playing vanilla at the moment.

I slept 4 hours on the night woke up at midnight to "study" for a PSY test. Ended up trying out the BF3 Beta, watching Parks & Recreation and I'm listening to music with some "study notes" open right now. Test in 3 hours. I am so screwed :'D

Yeah M&B sounds like it could be good fun but I can't get into it.

It took me a few tries to finally get M&B down last night but when it clicked, it clicked. Now I'm slowly building up my army after a few close calls of being raped nightly and running out of food and money. Combat is still a bit confusing though.

I am amazed how much more optimized the code is. If you want to see how, go fill a ravine full of TNT and see if you can crash a server. You may get knocked out of the server but it won't crash.
