I just reverted to my old setup with the Sapphire on top. Once I saw that worked fine, I added in the XFX card. Worked as well, so I just reinstall some drivers which got screwed up with me trying to get my proposed setup to work. It was oddly hard to do since I kept getting errors trying to do anything with the drivers. After a few tense restarts and some random Windows update, it finally worked for some reason like it tends to do on occasions. Software will forever vex me so. Hardware not so much. With this update, I think I am set for a few years. Ready for college and with little need for any next gen consoles that bound to pop up in the next 3 years. Besides, dat Steam backlog. This setup should be pretty solid. Maybe in 3-5 years time I will be pushed for an overhaul. From now till then, maybe a video card update only. All that assuming nothing major breaks like the mobo or CPU.

However, if he loses in the preliminary match he will not be able to get the DLCs. If he wins both rounds, he will get them both. So yeah, extra life, a pretty damn good perk. Let me know if there's any problem with this plan. It will be a perfect 3 person FFA in the preliminaries and the final if Connorrrr wins in the preliminaries. OR. It will be a 3 person FFA preliminaries and a 4 person FFA in the final if Connorrrr loses in the preliminaries. I decided to do this in Super Smash Bros Melee (Everyone should know the characters...). Choose your characters/colors and then I think we'll do this tomorrow or later today. Status updates are unwieldy for giving out information for what I'm trying to do. Putting this in the Playground since its sort of like a forums game. This is all clean fun. So yeah, for those who don't know. I currently have a copy of Shogun 2 to give away. Sure I, a poor college dude, could sell the copy but that's no fun. So I'm giving it away via AI duke outs. As in I run a game of whatever, folks choose their character and then folks hope their chosen character win. Only games I currently remember that fully allows that and are pretty fun to watch (Yes, I'll stream it) are Bomberman (SB 5 for me) games and the Super Smash Bros series (Melee in my case). I manage to get Melee to run on my computer via emulator so that is in the library of possible games I could use. Give me some suggestion of games if you like for future stuff I do. Anyways, current game on the line is Shogun 2. Steam version via a coupon code. I don't have any 2nd or 3rd place prizes planned for this one. I currently officially have the following people lined up to try to get it: Sporkwaffles, Connorrr*, RockyRan and FLD *Birthday wasn't too long ago. He'll have some advantage like 2+ AIs. Possible people I think are Johnny1 and Cyber Rat2. I see Squish and JC (Forgot who this is... sorry) on Steam but I don't think either is around here anymore so eh. (I'm trying to keep it to PXOD folks since you folks, even with your problems here and there, are pretty cool folks.) 1 From reading a forum post but I SEEM to recall Johnny not using or liking Steam. 2 From Steam wants So if I ran it with just the official folks, I can go on with it currently but if anymore folks wants in, then I'll need more folks unless I play around with the number of AI each person gets... Ideally, if I ran with a 4 AI games. I would like to have three or four 3-4 people in a matches to end with a 3-4 people final match for the prize. Hard thing right now is that head count for some games are low so... yeah. I need to sleep but that is more or less the bulk of it. I was planning on doing this today (Friday 26th) but I don't think anyone will mind if its delayed a bit to work out some kinks. One of the dude who going to live there is pretty much landlord of the house since his parents BOUGHT the place for him. There is also another dude who is his friend. There are two empty rooms. One can MIGHT be mines. I'm afraid the dude might become do whatever shit he wants. Then again, his parents are supposedly strict. Hell, they bought the damn place... Just today, I also got one offer to help rent out a whole house with another dude. He's trying to get at least 3 people together up to 5. 4 should be max so responsibilities aren't push all over the place... -shudder-

Yeah. Eh. As long as I can play around in Safemode I think I didn't kill my computer. EDIT: First thing first is I want to get back into normal mode. My first bootup had no major problems besides be all off resolution (Though, I couldn't get back into 1080) so, I tried to install some drivers but it seems that my system doesn't recognize the XFX card even though I a currently plug into it. So after a restart and with all bootups after that, I couldn't get back into normal mode. It just hangs in the Windows logo (Black) but I can hear it getting into it but all visuals are of that screen (http://fc06.devianta..._killer7ben.jpg) FYI, I can interact with my computer while its stuck on that screen. I can shut it down by windows key, right and enter. Let me go back to my original setup to see whats up........... Got through just fine. Now to see if I send the XFX card to the bottom... GOOD. Now for some final stuff. --- Drivers. I need to manually uninstall the display drivers I think since the AMD program doesn't seem to be running even though it seems like it is. Done. Done and done. Moral of the story... don't fucking alter your original setup when you add something in.

I am having problems... My system is not detecting the card. I put it in and out twice. AND Its not going into my desktop beside while in safemode. Well, let me wipe some drivers then reinstall and yeah... worst comes worst I'll restore windows. My Steam games and other stuff are on another HDD, separate from the OS drive so they're safe... I think? --- Card may or may not need to be returned or exchanged but yeah, let me see what can I do before I wipe everything from my SSD besides my OS. Currently, I can't uninstall the ATI/AMD video drivers. I think its something to do with a detection driver.

Well, at least its not in the soul crushingly range, 4-5 or something similar then it is fine. Most matches I have is something similar. Just enjoy yourself since it is just a game. With that said, I usually play to stay alive but helpful. However... kamikazing is fun.
