Okay... Time for a third go of Three Houses. That was a much needed break. And Ethan, I'll address your comment from the other thread soonish.

Final Fantasy IX for Switch I felt like replaying it and it was on sale. Considering I'm getting the figurines, it's about time I did another replay (been yeaaaaars). How can I say it's my favorite without replaying?

Blue Lion route of Three Houses That was quite the change from the Golden Deer route. Overall I liked it better but story leaves some things to be desired. Also this build your own epilogue isn't my cup of tea. While a fine game but honestly, I don't think Three Houses will age well. Gameplay is not hard unless you do Maddening which just makes the it into a game of turtling. I never quite felt challenged until the very end of the Blue Lions route on Hard. It was a simple fix to get what I want though. It never felt like there's a good balance in the game... Story and character motivation wise, you have to play all routes to get the full picture and even then the outcome is up in the air with no single route answering everything (I'll report back once I get Black Eagles and another route done). Blue Lions and Golden Deer based spoilers. Read at your own risk since I want to vent. Ugh... Fine game but yeah, the more I think about it, the more the game feels half finished which I attribute to the three main routes. Who knows... maybe the April 30th story DLC will be awesome (Xenoblade 2 DLC spanks the main game for me).

Oh man, an album that orchestral and heavily features Hansi's vocals!? While I get why people may be bummed but shit, this may be Hansi at his best. This album lives or dies by his performance.

Mei is Mandarin speaking while Hong Kong is largely Cantonese speaking though. I'm not quite sure changing Mei into an icon for Hong Kong independence would works but if we are to take the ideas behind the protests and grievances at this point, it spans across national, cultural and ethnic identities (though I guess being freedom loving/inspiring is a cultural thing). It's kind of like the idea of how many Americans are born everyday but they just haven't come home yet. So making Mei into that could work though be aware of the point I brought up. And really, this Blizzard-Hong Kong-China incident goes further with thing crap happening in Xinjiang, Tibet (remember that!?). Hell, this incident goes hand-in-hand with what's going on with the NBA and China.

It's be neat to actually spend more time in the Upside Down and for sure outside of Hawkins (doubt it be too much about Russia). Ideally this be setting up for a final season 5. A season 6 would feel like it be dragging it out too much, especially after the more focused season 3 (which, after some reflection, made it a better season than 2).

Well, for construction monitoring, I've seen drones used before by like construction managers for an overview. I can imagine that they can eventually hide in the construction trailer while they send out these and drones to take a gander at everything, at once. Kind of useful for times when subcontractors pull off unsafe shit since they know the only pair of eyes watching is busy/gone (and it's paired with a big truck). I can imagine other situations, in various facilities, that could benefit from a non-living body. Unlike tank treads, this thing can probably go up stairs and the like too. In before armed military/police uses.

Ah shit. They're being mass produced. Also, I imagine that they could theoretically be able to replace each other's batteries so they could be really automated.

There's isn't. The one I posted is it and it will need to be QA'd. In the coming weeks when Geofront do their testing (invite only) we might see a leak of what they got but I doubt it. Anyhow, release is very likely this year.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses Fantastic game but some issues... Kind of disjointed story though (I wonder if my choices determined that). Hell, ending was too... I played Golden Deer. Also, the game can be rather easy on normal. I highly recommend Hard or the newer difficulty. With Divine Intervention, you really should be playing with perma-death. I'll probably have more thoughts later when I consume the old Fire Emblem thread. Now... NG+ time. The Boar against the Eagle! Then Eagles time! I want to see how Hubert shines.

I have one. One thing to always remember is that air fryers are convection ovens. Treat them as ovens*. They're great for things already coated with oil or has their own source of oil with the exception of breaded stuff (certain parts of the breading gets cooked faster). I frequently use mines for roasted veggies and chicken wings. They're awesome for Chinese BBQ pork (char siew). I should try them with dumplings. While I haven't tried it, I bet you can get great bacon out of it. I really do think they're a great addition to a kitchen. Beats using the big oven. * I use mines in conjunction with a toaster oven. The toaster oven is well, a regular oven, so I can cook something most of the way while the air fryer cooks the same thing all the way. I then transfer to air fryer for final touches. The toaster oven can then be used as a warmer (or the microwave can, which I use when I cook entrees on the stove). I can pretty much avoid using the big oven which is a pain in the ass since I would have to take out all the things inside it...
