  1. >$125,000 Pfft, I need to get out of California. What I wouldn't do for an affordable 1 bed, 1 bath place to call my own. And your Secret Santa is going to be lit now that we know where you live.
  2. Is your ground coffee consistent through a single and multiple grinds? Consistency is the main reason why I bought this pricey grinder. I'll let you know how consistent it is in due time. My current hand cranked grinder can produce coarse and fine coffee in the same session due to inconsistencies in handling. For example, you can pull up on the grinder handle which closes the opening, producing fine grounds. Another problem is that it is very hard to fine tune it, especially if there are multiple users. I do pour overs* and my brother does cold brews. Cold brew requires very coarse grinds which is easy to adjust to. Adjusting it back to where I want it is a pain. *Might get into espressos now that I can pull off fine enough grounds. Might do that after getting a coffee roaster and researching it out. I can cowboy roasting with a wok but my prefer popcorn popper broke. So I am mulling it over on what direction I should take. A more sturdy popcorn popper, air popper or an actual roaster. Such a wide range of prices... same deal with espresso machines.
  3. I keep copies of games that I have no legit way to play. Hell, at this point some of the PS1 games may be corrupting as I typed this. If not now, for sure by the end of this decade. By the end of the next it will be the PS2 games turn.
  4. Moving on up in the cawfee grinding world.
  5. Anime of the season is here! Are you all ready for comfy and sadness?
  6. Been getting Estelle stares tweets for like two weeks. Totally not suspicious.
  7. In the end, Puerto Rico got the short end of the stick. Trump's response is just terrible, to say the least. After Puerto Rico is somewhat back on their feet, they should just vote to leave or... vote to become a state.
  8. I'm hearing that CS3 was just too big to fit in one game so they went with CS4 which should be out next year. Neat. And for some extra development history, CS3 and CS4 kind of mirrors CS1 and CS2. CS2 that happened is a thing due to the original CS1 being way too long. Hence the cliffhanger ending in CS1. Whatever it is. Oh god. Maybe I should take it easy on CS1 if there is a sudden cliffhanger ending.
  9. Nioh PC, November 7th. Maybe I'll like a faster paced Souls-like game better.

I don't really like the Souls series at all but I played Nioh all the way to the platinum.

100 GB required for install seems a little steep, no?

If that's the worst thing about the port, it'll honestly be a massive improvement for Koei Tecmo.

The initial press release kinda makes it sound like the game will run in two modes, "Action" at 1080p60fps and "Movie" at 4K30fps with nothing in-between and no room to tweak settings beyond that. I'm waiting for more details before getting worried because there was recently a similar "lost in translation" kinda misunderstanding about their Blue Reflection port but this sounds exactly like the kind of idiotic thing KT would do.

I mean, we're talking about a company that has only very recently figured out how to not use Vita version assets in their PC ports. A ridiculously large install size is such a normal problem to have by their usual standards that I would welcome it with open arms.

  10. It is. I'm burning through CS1 due to Turbo Mode. I probably saved a couple hours running around and doing battles. With that, CSII cannot come fast enough. Same with CS3. Like, what is Rean's deal. How did he become such a dashing guy by CS3? It's like he found his sword.
  11. I think the cat is out of the bag regarding CSIII ending.
  12. Good luck all. This is surely the next evolution of Dark Souls difficulty.
  13. It'll be something to play with your kids. Seriously, imagine playing this series for one of your first games and see it come to completion. Nothing else will ever compare. It's borderline child abuse!
  14. With CSIII, the entire Trails series is only 60% done. We're talking about like 5-6 more games. I'll be in my mid to late 30's once this is all said and done. I'm cool with it.
  15. Kadokawa commits sodoko by firing Kemono Friends director. This is not tanoshi. Bad move. Dude was a large part for its success. Edit: So, the rest of the staff, VAs and whoever quit. I am genuinely upset about this turn of events. I freaking love Kemono Friends.
