Is your body ready?

It's kind of bizarre to seeing a group of kids walking around. You totally know what they are doing with their phones out. Then there's me walking to my car hoping to get catch a pokemon (got a Paras).

Or in this case, wait for it to go F2P on PC.

Until Blizzard can fix the experience imbalance, I don't have much incentive* to play Competitive. Multiple hard fought wins can be wiped by a single sweeping lost. I can have the same hard fought matches without knowing how my MMR got affected in Quick Play. Quick Play also have the occasional funny team comp. One of my favorites is being all Reinhardt or Roadhog. * It also seem that support characters get kind of shafted. If I main anyone, I main Mercy.

From logs and radio transmissions, there seems to be an end game so I do agree with holding off on it till the game is fully released. Save the "wow" and sense of wonder for later. If you dive in right now, you might get burnt out. As a side note, this game is really pacifist. The only real weapon I see is the knife but its more of a tool than a weapon. At most it's for a last minute defense against the small to shark-sized creatures. There are torpedoes but they're not explosive, non-lethal and they're kind of limited to a sub you can get later in the game.Again, they're more defensive than anything. Edit: And judging by the road map, by December the 1.0 should be done by then.

I'm now at 15 hours. Screw Overwatch. Nothing beats running into an actual sea monster!

After three hours of Subnautica, I have figured out how to get to the point of building my base. It was more of trying to figure out what makes what and figuring out my basic inventory management system. Anyhow, suddenly a sprawling base is in the drawing boards. I'm having trouble getting down past 50 meters so a tunnel to hell is planned or at the very least mini bases for air, food and water. I also came across strong underwater currents. Something strong enough to break a base I think. So far, it's pretty good after nearly dying to hunger and thirst in the first hour and to radiation in the last hour. Oh yeah, the technical side of things: Initial load time is loooong. Changing graphical setting should be done in the main menu since doing so in game crashes it for me. There is also the piss poor graphical options that is just presets that reset to the lowest after every session. Kind of laggy at times when the world loads. What is here though is awesome. The world is pretty alive. It might be one of the livest I've seen in a survival game.

If it helps soothe your hearts and smother the Idea of Evil, chapter 344 has been translated. Edit: If this wasn't Berserk, I just call this hilarious.

There's a problem when a Musou game looks and moves better than your animation. Then of course there is no Lost Children.

Subnautica I'm going in like how I did with The Long Dark: going by the word of mouth on how good the game is and going in blind so I can figure things out on my own for at least a dozen or two hours. Survival games are quite fun when done this way.

Edit: For the guys who fought and died in World War One.

For within the team: A bit worse since people can be far more salty which lead to some leaving the match. Competitive doesn't have backfilling so it will screw with the match (the biggest "fuck you" a dick can give to an alright team that could use some improvements but are fine otherwise). Solo queuing is suffering in Quick Play and especially in Competitive. If you can manage to find buddies to play with then it can get better. You all can talk to each other and find ways to improve as a team. In other ways though it is better since people talk more. Salt can flow but sometimes a cohesive team can form. Between teams: It's about the same as Quick Play. The only major difference is when a majority of the opposing team drops. The full team are nice since this type of win feels so cheap.

I kind of forgot about season five. My viewing of the latter seasons (e.g., idk what happened in Dorne) are spotty at best. It also doesn't help that events from the show and books are different. Remembering the similar story and lore is tough... So disregard, I suck. And if you guys haven't, you should rewatch season 1 or so. The tone of the show is so different. It's as expected but seeing it is quite something.

While I'm not too bothered by it since the show has apparent people on speed boats and Sexy Jesus has said Arya has many gifts but you'd think face swapping be the last thing to teach someone. The only hint of it being learn-able prior to full membership was when the Waifinator used it in that shitty scene in that rather poor episode. With the finale, Arya just uses it. Having Arya learn it off screen is fine but without mention (besides the Waifinator hint) is kind of iffy. Edit: It should be mentioned that Arya is helped with putting on a new face in the books by the (normal) Waif. So it is learn-able before full membership. Then again the whole Braavos arc haven't played out how it is in the show. I need the next book or maybe I should go on a re-read.

Oh god is the grind to even move up a rank in competitive long. With my 50/50 win and lose rate, I don't think I'll get far.

Edit: Also this was different from the usual music. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFK0yG8xG5I

A lot to take in for the finale. A lot of good things. Any bad things at this point is due to the show format.

@Tenshi I'm slowing down at playing but I am still liking it. When it's good, it's good. The only hero I have problems with is Hanzo. Such hard hitting projectile with generous hitboxes is just asking for trouble. Add in not obvious signal that you've been hit or being fire upon just makes it worse. I can avoid Widowmaker since I can see her shots. If the first shot doesn't kill me, I can get to cover quickly. The only time I have much inkling that I know I am being fired upon by Hanzo is when I die. Even then he's just firing in our general direction. This is becoming frustrating since I'm really getting into playing Mercy. Junkrat... I wish you could shoot out his traps once triggered. I also wish his grenades are only activated at x-amount of distance after being shot. No more point blank shots by grenade launcher. Otherwise, I'm fine with him. He's easy to play and if I was good at aiming, I would be Widowmaker. Besides, he's good at dislodging a turret or Bastion in most cases.

Captain Forever Remix It's not an easy game but part of it is due to slightly janky controls. Your base ship (block with the CF star) is your last ditch ship that can take down some much larger ships. It just lacks maneuverability. Larger ships lack of maneuverability is due to uneven load or uneven thrust. One small mistake can take out you ship. For my winning run, my original ship was taken out that way. The ship you see now was built from the ship that killed me that I manage to take down with my base ship. It gave me some long range blasters which I then used to cheese a ship that had all these shields and upgraded blasters. It allowed me to make the ultimate cheese ship with tons of long ranged blasters, forward and backward thrusters and a fuck-ton of shields that won me this run since I usually out-range most enemies and I have these shields to protect me if I need buzz (I'm surprisingly nimble) by some fire. With that all said, it's a fun game that I suggest if you want something different for about 10 hours. I can see myself coming back though. Now back to Overwatch...

Little Witch Academia is getting a TV series. All is good in the world. And I just finished Space Patrol Luluco. It's a fun ride and it is pretty much a series where Trigger have fun.

Almost reminds me of the Gummi ship portion of Kingdom Hearts.

Leaving the EU seems to be the sort of thing that a simple majority is not appropriate point to actually implement such a thing. It seems more like a 2/3 majority sort of thing. Like sure, over across the pond we can elect someone like Trump to lead the most powerful nation in the world for four to eight years but it is just four to eight (probably terrible) years. What you guys voted on is like some Constitutional amendment pertaining to state or federal powers. Something very very hard to do. Regardless, it seems like you guys are going with it... best wishes. I kind of find some of their reactions to be funny...
