Cos I'm seemingly one of the few folks like seems to enjoy the Ubi formula I'm kinda looking forward to what they'll do with Far Cry and Assassins Creed (though I think ideally they should be doing these in two year rotations not having a lul then throwing out both at once). I'm behind on both series though.
I'm kinda hankering after some TES VI. ESO has sparked that a fair bit for folks, and it has been nearly 6 years since their last one so I'd say it's over due. ('94, '96, '02, '06, '11....'17?). Sort of hoping that they might give it a bit of a broader scope than individual countries, especially given they've managed such with ESO. Also maybe kinda accepting the fact that the world has largely stagnated for the last few thousand years. Maybe make use of the dragonbreak lore/mechanic they've got to like an excuse to set it in an earlier period that "conflicts" with established lore of the existing games. Also as was the hope with Skyrim: use a new fucking engine. A civil war that involved a dozen men on each side is bloody stupid.
Bethesda have actually hinted at two new IPs as part of their "Bethesdaland" promo given TES, Fallout, Prey, Dishonored and Doom are all covered. Is Wolfenstien Bethesda? If so they've got a sequel just leaked today.
From Sony and MS I'm not really sure what I'd be wanting tbh. I guess The biggy for MS will be the Scorpio. Oh yeah I guess Sony will have Spiderman which'll be fun. And I guess from either of them we'll be getting the usual COD n FIFA stuff alongside one of them running a Destiny spot (which I think might be on the Sony show, especially if Activision want some breathing room away from the Scorpio talk).
I doubt we're going to get much from Death Stranding, last year putting stuff out was like within months of him signing up with Sony so that likely was literally all they had at the time.
