Were they really poorly done in Borderlands 2?
-
So is there a sexual performance skill in this one?
-
Sega isn't so great about bringing games (or allowing them to be brought) to the West, though.

What are you currently playing?

That capsized vessel where you fight in a theatre gave me a bit of trouble. -
The only thing I'm getting out of this is the same thing I'd get out of a 12-year-old saying Counter-Strike is the best game evar because it requires "skill". Edit: edited for quotations and "evar".

Are we really saying this about any non-competitive game? (Not that it's much better where competitive games are concerned, but at least there's some basis for the want of skill.)

Today I spent an insane 45g (out of 145g) in Guild Wars 2 in order to equip my main lasserine with some absolutely adventitious town attire. I can't use it in combat or anything, but I bought the cook's outfit and magic broom. The broom is neat in that you can ride it around town—or wherever you want to look like a magical witch girl and aren't in combat. The cook's outfit is race-based, so mine is all leaves, which is neat. Leaves look spruce, fittingly. The included frying pan comes with some entertaining costume brawl skills. One of which starts a grease fire. It's not very effective. Also playing Rogue Legacy here and there. It's best in bursts, I think. -
I meant to post in currently playing.

What's with the title? Doesn't Ozymandias refer to Walt? Brian Cranston even read the poem Ozymandias to hype the season. Also as someone in the comments noted this meme is six years old. Come on now. "Hank's" as in "Hank has composed a lovely little poem, class."

Fuck, MJ.

Artistic discussion from Tales games? What is this?!

That's the only reason why I'm waiting. Hope you enjoy it, GOH.

Some books do!

I propose the term "Digitally Interactive Procrastination".
-
Honestly, I could not care less either way. Label it as a game, don't label it as a game. Interactive art could be a game to some folks, I suppose. Which is another conversation entirely: the whole "games as art" argument. If that can even be made in a form that isn't simply someone playing devil's advocate. Visual novels, as another example, tend to really push the boundaries of a video game to a what basically amounts to a choose your own adventure book, only digitally and with more photos than prose.

Linger in Shadows was the worst video game purchase I've ever made. And I bought two copies of Brink. Not even one pair of boobs.

He's Mike Krahulik according to everyone's favorite encyclopedia. It doesn't really take any more digging than looking up what hot dogs are made of or who founded the Sasanian Empire.
-
I think that works. The "BaseFuckwadity" is important.
-
What if the anonymity is zero?! That might make for even less of a fuckwad!
-
Only there is no anonymity. Which is kind of important. You know who he is. You can even meet the guy.

So basically the theory no longer applies, Dean.

That was a damn good trailer.

What rare or valuable games do you own?
Saturnine Tenshi replied to Mister Jack's topic in General Gaming Chat
I've sold most if not all of my rare games in favor of space and . . . money. Used to have a hoard of NIS America collector's editions whose runs were severely limited and ended up selling for $150+ a piece. Now I have . . . uh . . . I'll take a look. Suikoden black label edition and a sealed Atelier Annie: Alchemist of Sera Island Limited Edition Premium Figure Set of which only like 550 were printed. Wow . . . that's it. Oh, wait. I inherited my wife's N64 and games (which she'd have to be forced to part with). Several rare ones there, and all with original boxes and manuals.
