    When you're human, you get better loot drops. Also, you can kindle fires, giving you 10 Estus flasks at that bonfire instead of 5. And you can summon others to your world to help fight off big, difficult bosses.

    Yeah, I've traded my copy and it's in the mail as we speak. Hopefully the transaction goes smoothly and I'll get half of the money I paid for the game back.

    Since it seems like Extra Credits is brought up rather often as a stepping stone for debate and discussion, I thought it would be a good idea to devote a forum thread to their videos and rants. http://penny-arcade.com/patv/episode/propaganda-games Their most recent one poses some interesting questions about the negative impact games can have on people, if designed by a lazy or hateful developer. I had never thought of modern shooters like that before, but upon further reflection, it is entirely possible that kids today may be affected by them.

    So after reading up on the history of comics, it seems that Marvel and DC are both run by complete lunatics. Marvel's whole Civil War series sounds like a catastrophe, and don't get me started on The New 52. I don't even read comics, and I can tell that these people are making grave, grave mistakes constantly.

      Civil War was a good idea poorly-written. Apparently they weren't supposed to demonise the pro-reg guys so much, but they messed that up. I stopped reading comics regularly because of all the 'event' crap they did. They usually just devolved into some big punch-up. Nothing more.

    They're just doing that so people buy the Vita in hopes that it will eventually get that support. Sony likes to play with people's hearts (and wallets) like that.

    Have fun! I'm still discovering new things about the game every time I boot it up. For example, I finally found where you have to go in order to get the soapstone that lets you leave messages behind.

    Skyrim has encumbrance? Come on, Bethesda, don't kid yourselves! No one likes encumbrance. Even Dark Souls doesn't have encumbrance.

      Wow, I'm really surprised at the response you've gotten Duke. Worry not, I hate encumbrance too :)

      I like encumbrance. It'd be shit if you could just carry 20 Orc-sized axes and 5 sets of Dwarven armor and still zip by the fields.

       

      Though they really should make encumbrance work differently. The more you carry, the slower your run speed is until your run speed is the same as walk speed. As your stats improve the downward "curve" in "inventory vs. speed" will flatten more and more.

      See that would be a tad more realistic, but that'd be something for "hardcore mode"(if they add one). Since it would get a tad annoying for most people. It is how Demon's Souls works mind (Though that is much harder to take anything that isn't nailed down and you start off with a storage area from get go)
