They've been releasing the same game over and over again. Take a look at Worms: Ultimate Mayhem, their latest title. http://www.giantbomb.com/quick-look-worms-ultimate-mayhem/17-5006/
It's Worms 3D, which came out in the early 2000s, with a few extra bonuses and a slight graphical improvement. But other than that, all they've ever made is Worms, and they've never changed it enough to make buying the next entry satisfactory.

Just finished Episode 3 of FLCL. You guys were right; it's a pretty neat show! Apart from the requisite battle at the end of each episode, it keeps surprising me. Loved the bit in the first episode where they pretended the characters were actual actors sitting in a trailer.

Everyone: Wasn't condoning the entirety of Sterling's opinion. I just mostly agreed with the last bit; if people cared that much about other things besides New Coke, the world would be a better place.

Nuh uh, that's not how it works in America. Don't you watch the news? You have to either agree with EVERYTHING a person says, unreservedly, or hate them with a burning passion such that you cannot contain and know that they are always wrong in all things. There is no middle ground.

I thought it was a fun read. But I also like Sterling. I didn't take his religion comment as negatively. I took it as "In today's world, people saying those things wouldn't be as well accepted" instead of "those people were retarded". I've had a lot of homeless people talk about the same stuff and people always write them off as mentally ill.

Watched second episode of FLCL, dubbing sounds better in this one. Maybe it was all in my head, or because Steve Blum was briefly introduced.

I'd watch Cowboy Bebop, but I can't find it anywhere on Netflix. Perhaps I'll have to bite the bullet and buy the DVDs, but I'd rather do that at a time when a million games aren't releasing. Also, dubbing sounds better in this second episode. Maybe it was all in my head, or something.

I'm liking it so far, but I'm not a fan of the quality of the English dubbing. Also, after I finish this, do you have any other anime recommendations? Other than Spirited Away and Persona 4, this is the first anime I've watched.

Hey, Brain. FLCL seems pretty neat, but this English dubbing is awful. I'm sticking through it, though, because I'm enjoying what I'm seeing, even though it makes no sense right now. Also, I feel like the music was originally louder before this dub. Music seems like a pretty important component in this show.

People don't like it because they were expecting another "proper" Burnout game. Crash looks pretty fun to me.

How was it? Never played it before, but I'm really curious. -
So I decided to download the 360 version and give it a go, just to make sure it was the game itself that I had a problem with. And I was dead on; although I had a decent time playing, it didn't hit the same high notes Bad Company 2 reached for me. I'm somewhat relieved because it's one less game I want to purchase, but at the same time, I'm kind of bummed out. Surprisingly, I think Gears of War 3 will be my top multiplayer game this year (surprising as I wasn't expecting much when I played, but really enjoyed it out of nowhere. Not saying it is bad at all). It's funny; I used to think this holiday season would be wallet murder, but as more and more games come close to launching, I take one look and think "actually, I really don't want that at all".

Just a heads up; Don't join any server that has more than 32 players or runs a different map than Operation: Metro or a different mode than Rush. These are "hacked" servers, and Origin WILL ban you for using them. That means losing access to all of your Origin games. http://www.reddit.co...modded_servers/

From what I understand, Caspian Border was suffering from critical bugs and slowdown issues, so they threw up "Operation Metro" instead. I could be wrong about that, but that's what others have told me.

This game has "Brink" syndrome. Overhyped, called the second coming of FPS games, and not delivering what people wanted in the end. As it stands, if I do pick up a Modern Military First Person Shooter this holiday, I will wait until my floor mates pick both up. I will try both, and from there, I will decide if they are worth my time or not.

I don't think it's like Medal of Honor. And I can deal with Origin. But I do have a few things... 1. The game runs like shit on my computer. I'll try setting everything to the lowest and playing it like that. 2. I will not be giving my money directly to Origin. If I do buy the game, I'll buy the game from Amazon or for the console. EA should not be rewarded for Origin. 3. The server browser is garbage. Just because BC2 had a bad one doesn't mean it automatically makes this browser good. 4. I want my Steam overlay. I'm not happy about micromanaging yet another friends list when the Steam one supports more games and better connectivity. 5. I do appreciate the BattleLog stuff. And I've always enjoyed how the game gives you bonuses for being a "veteran" from their other games. I just feel like it isn't ready for prime time yet. It feels like Battlefield Heroes, and for a free to play game, that's perfectly acceptable. But on a $60 game? No thank you!
