I got it. It plays pretty well but I hate how the shape of the 3DS and the design of its buttons forces me to curl my hands into painful claws to control the camera.

I'm really hating this trend of digital PC games costing a full 60 dollars lately.

The problem with trying to maintain high prices on the PC is that there's no overlord setting standards so even if most games do end up releasing at $60 digitally, the PC market is so full of deals and sales that in the end it doesn't really matter.

That is why I haven't bought Skyrim, and don't intend to buy Borderlands or Dishonored. :<

I refuse to pay that... $60 is for a game that works on any system you pop it into without third party authentication.

After 13 more episodes, they'll officially have enough to sell the show into syndication, which is where the REAL money is. They probably want to get that as soon as possible and then start working on another season after it's a done deal. There's not a chance in hell the show will be canceled now. The Hub is a new network, and ponies may just be the one thing that has made it successful. Launching a new tv channel is REALLY FUCKING HARD. You have to have really good programming or you'll be dead in no time. Without the popularity and attention ponies brought to the Hub, who could say if it would even still be around. No. It's their bread and butter and they know it.

I guess the reaction would depend on the person, but still it would be pretty interesting. Admittedly the thought has crossed my mind, but I'm too butt-ugly to even attempt it, haha.

I think that instead of the "casual" focus we will instead see one of two things next gen, maybe both. 1) A massive surge of free to play games, as they have been pretty successful recently when done right. 2) A more numerous amount of cheap "indie" games that still cater to seasoned gamers much like the ones you often find in the humble indie bundle.
