Something is deeply wrong with Iowa when it gives the most votes to Rick Santorum, who has got to be the most alienating, unelectable candidate in the entire Republican roundup.

Just started playing this and so far I'm liking it. Only thing so far that really sucks is that all the good hero/villain names seem to be taken. That's not really the game's fault, though. It's pretty complicated, too. It has been years and years since I've played an MMO so all the stuff they put in it is a little overwhelming.

Watched Tucker and Dale vs Evil on Netflix. Definitely the funniest slasher movie (of sorts) I've seen.

Bad news...Hasbro has officially announced that they are against episodes being on youtube and are sending out takedown notices to various channels. They instead encourage people to download the episodes from iTunes. Don't do this. Regardless of how you feel about Apple or its DRM, the iTunes versions of the episodes are washed out. See for yourself. I don't know if they're going to be able to remove EVERY channel, but if so it looks like I'll have to resort to torrents. I would like to legitimately buy the episodes, but the subpar quality of the iTunes versions is unacceptable.

This is why I've started to gravitate back to consoles. So many PC games lately are just so badly optimized. Even Skyrim is guilty.

I got the steam version as a gift and for the most part it works okay but on a couple of occasions I got a blue screen of death while playing it. Has this happened to anyone else? No other game has done this to me recently.

I saw Attack the Block yesterday. Definitely the best horror film in recent memory.

I especially hated it in Demon's Souls. Most, if not all the people I talked to ended up grinding souls anyway with certain spots, so what's the damn point. Grinding isn't fun and it shouldn't be necessary. Of course, I think Demon's Souls in general is highly overrated, but that's a discussion for another thread.

Level downs, be they in RPGs or in action/fighting games where dying sends you back to the level you just passed. Hey game designers. I already did this crap. It's not fun to be forced to do it a second time as a punishment.

I didn't buy it myself but I got Dead Island as a gift in a steam four pack. I know the game got kind of an average reception, and I can definitely see how it would get boring when you play alone, but if you have a group of friends together it's a lot of fun.

I guess Chain of Memories can kind of get a pass because about half of the game is new and it had an interesting battle system, but it still reused too much stuff.

I get the feeling that they already know full well what they're gonna do in KH3. But they gotta keep the series alive so they gotta churn out all this crap because they want to save the good stuff for the "real" sequel on the ps3. So they need to finish god damn FInal Fantasy Versus XIII so they can get to work on it because I DON'T CARE ABOUT THESE SPIN OFFS. Actually, Birth by Sleep is awesome, but that was IT.
