What happened with the reader vote? I haven't played the game, so I can't comment on that, but it seems a rather... unorthodox choice.

I have the 3 Overlord games from the gift pile that I'd be willing to part with. Unfortunately, I won't be home and on steam until Tuesday or Wednesday so I wouldn't be able to trade until then.

Damn right we are. It's only 10 here now, but the combination of tipsyness and typing this on my phone makes it difficult to say much, but I'm glad I finally decided to join up here after lurking a bit. That game is like an acid trip manifested in a physics-based adventure/puzzle game. It's awesome.

Today I got more coal, and another 33% valve coupon to go with my 50% and other 33% Valve coupons. Then I got more coal, and convinced my brother to buy some games and started him off with the gift pile thing. I think I've also given up on smelting coal. The last few that I've smelted has each turned into a coupon for a game I already own, or a coupon for a game I will never buy.

Oh god how could I have forgotten Frozen Synapse. One of my favorite game soundtracks ever, much less this year.

Figured why not. I played a bit of Dirt 3 when there was the whole steam code fiasco and loved it, and this just seemed like the perfect price. And *ahem* my secret santa's gift.

I would rather just try and trade those 7 coals somewhere like reddit for something I wanted than smelt them right now. At least that way you know what you're getting.

I definitely recommend it. KB/M is better for shooters and strategy games, but for pretty much anything else I'll take a pad. Oddly enough, I really only play shooters and strategy games, but I was mostly thinking of picking it up for jets in BF3 and some platformers that I've gotten from various Humble bundles. Trying to play Super Meat Boy with a keyboard/mouse was a part of it, too.

Oh, I was just assuming nobody would want it, because, you know, it's Railworks.
