    Maybe the writing isn't top notch but I gotta say it's not THAT bad either. Reading the plot via the wiki won't have the same effect as actually reading the events head on. You won't get the satisfaction of seeing how a character dies. You'll just read "he dies like this". This is my new Lord of the Rings/Star Wars. An incredibly big universe with many families and factions that is begging for other material to be written about it. I can't wait for a KOTOR-like title in this universe.

    I've been doing paperwork and necessary stuff to go to my first day in the internship tomorrow and they decided the day before I go would be a nice time to tell me I also need to do some lab tests and that I need to get those done before they'll accept me there.

      Nah a bunch of different medical tests. Drug test might be one but all of them can be done by tomorrow except one which the earliest is monday. FAN. FUCKING. TASTIC

    My thoughts tl;dr I thoroughly enjoyed the book as I didn't have to wait for ADWD which is probably part of the reason many disliked this book.

    Releasing it for PC really early in its life would defeat the whole purpose of it being an exclusive. Bungie allowed Halo 2 and 3 to be released on PC like almost a year or two later.

    You know I used to think Workaholics and FX's The League looked stupid, then I gave them a chance and they are fucking hilarious. By the by, was there no new Game of Thrones episode yesterday? Or has nobody posted their opinions in the forum yet?

    Eh still. I understand the equalists have had time to study the benders and make effective weapons to be "equals" but it seems to me like the benders could do so much more in the fights they've had. I'd love it if Korra eventually would start to use different styles of bending in combination. She seems to rely on firebending a bit TOO much during fighting and it's getting on my nerves.

    Is it just me or are benders somewhat pansies in this show? In the previous show they would attack the firebender tanks by either throwing them underground or bringind down huge boulders. Waterbenders could grab moisture from the air or even blood bend. In here, they throw pebbles at the enemies and squirt water around.

    Actually yes, I forgot to mention that. Tenzin's airbending was so FUCKING badass. When he makes that air vehicle thingamajig I came. Korra should've seen that and gone "whoa shit I want to pay more attention to airbending"

      Not gonna lie, but I like a lil' Pawn Stars. It's sad, but I think it's the only History Channel series that has anything bit of history because of the items brought in.

    drive was my 2011 favorite movie. It got me in the Ryan Gosling camp [though admittedly Crazy Stupid Love was as good as a chick flick can get]. Now he's appearing in a gangster movie and I am really looking forward to it. Watched Alien on my plane trip. My laptop's battery was enough for 3 hours and I used them on Alien. Very good choice. Didn't feel the four hour trip with this and A Feast for Crows.

    I thought I wouldn't be able to watch the latest episodes due to me not being in the US, but I just found software that masks my IP. Now I can watch Game of thrones in xFinity and Korra episodes in nick online when they come out.

    No problems, I'm just surprised. Certain characters I like aren't introduced yet. Or I can't remember them being introduced. They also seem to be takin Ygritte's sluttiness a bit too far. I don't remember her teasing Jon Snow NEARLY this much.

    Just saw the latest episode. If they had decided to make it abundantly clear the show and books don't follow each other, it is now. Characters are not introduced, whole situations are changed. Doubya Tee Eff
