But let's remember that the studios that are doing Yamato 2199 were infamous for their low quality stuff before this show, and Yamato 2199 is really high quality. So every studio gets its chance. If anything has ever sounded like a game changer for this one, it's Pupa.

They'll have to do quite a lot to get me interested in this though. If they make the action better than Infinite [walk and talk until wide open area, fight waves of enemies] then I'll be in. If they focus on the detective aspect/plot count me in.

From the Fall 2013 line-up I can safely say that there are a few anime I'll probably end up watching, all-be it as B-side shows.Aka shows I'm not excited about but will give a chance as a guilty pleasure because they'll most likely have cheesy romance. Stand-out things I definitely want to check out though: Pupa [interesting idea and might be decently animated] Samurai Flamenco [guy that did Baccano] and Saint Young Men [i'm Jesus in Kotaku and constantly get linked to that lol]. P3 is a given. Harlock I'll watch if it forgives me for not being familiar with the show at all since the show is too old [let's face it] Other movies in there look good but nothing I can get excited about without more info. And we'll probably end up getting them 2014 in the west. Infinite Stratos 2 will be the guiltiest pleasure out of all of those since that one is a straight up harem, though the princess one and the vampire one sound like harems too. edit: Also Mal you don't mean that, we are so animu bros.
