  1. To change topics, has there been any announcements on how recent of ps3 games will be available via gaikai? I know I want to get a ps4 early 2014, but if say Persona 5 is released for PS3 for 2014 I'd have a hard time getting a ps4 if it doesnt have P5 via gaikai
  2. Man GRRM I know you're old but jesus that pictured link is tiny as shit.
  3. For 3DS owners who like jrpgs [as far as I can tell that means you Frosty] If you buy and register Fire Emblem Awakening and SMTIV on Club Nintendo before August 31st you will get $30 eshop credit. This is fantastic for those of us who already purchased one and are planning on getting SMTIV.
  4. Are we really sitting here worrying about what outputs more power when reality is Sony already has worried about it and probably done the necessary tweaks so battery life isn't ass?
  5. I wouldn't recommend heading down there until you have decent armor and defense stats. The issue is that I've done a shitload of runs already and never get fucking better armor. I can go through 3 of the 4 castle areas now and survive with my skills but going into the lower area/catacombs still is too dangerous seeing how everything is doing 40+ damage and I don't do enough damage yet or have enough defense yet. I think the flaw of the game is not giving you the option to buy the armor yourself for a premium over having to find the blueprints since they're so randomly spawned
  6. I think we're making a bigger deal out of this if we're still arguing. Shit happens.
  7. Yeah what's his face, the redneck, is the only character I really care not to play as. He's gonna probably end up being the character I play as the least. Michael and Franklin aren't exactly breaking cliches in terms of characters but I tend to like those. There's 'rags to riches' and 'I'm retired'.
  8. yeah. I missed it a lot for this game on consoles.
  9. Huh. I guess it was.
  10. Combat was less Knights of the Old Republic, more Mass Effect. In DAO you chose commands and actions for every party member and had that strategic real time combat ala MMO's. In DA2 you COULD play by pausing the screen and choosing commands but combat was real time. aka you had to mash buttons to attack.
  11. I liked the characters better, except for a lack of Morrigan and Leliana.
  12. My friend got fucked over by the gov more than he should have and has a breathalizer in his car alongside a camera. I wanted to put on his Batman costume and blow over as the camera takes a pic. "Who's that sir? Is that you?" "No... that's BATMAN"

As an outsider yeah, but I know this guy and he wouldn't drive unless he knew he could. He's as responsible as I am. When he says one beer I trust him. Texas has almost a zero-tolerance law when looking for excuses to blame alcohol.

  13. Funny you mention that. Once I graduate uni I've been planning on getting two dogs. First dog will be a Corgi I'll name Thorgi: Dog of Thunder. Second will be a German Shepherd I'll call Commander Shepherd.
  14. Ooooh yeah! Come on! Do the Wally! Come on! Come on! Do the Wally!

  15. Really? The Mages mission made you stop? 90% of the people I know who quit stopped because of the overly-long dwarves mission
  16. I'm only saying it since when people recall information they might tend to overlook information to make their target look bad. Plus if you're the one keeping the data you could easily see when you're lagging behind and offer to wash the dishes the next time to catch up, without ever having to mention that you're keeping said chart.
  17. What you could do is clearly mark/label each time somebody washes dishes and keep a record. Not to use against them, just in case they ever try to use it against you.Imagine their surprise if they're complaining that you never wash dishes and you pop out an excel chart/calendar and state how you've washed dishes on average more than bla and bla in a six month span.
  18. he is still adorable. I wish him all the best.
  19. I wouldn't worry too much about it. From what I recall I did a good balance on attack/health and barely touched magic.
  20. As a new american citizen I want these minorities immigrants out of my country. GET OUT. GET OUT NAO.
  21. I know this isn't the time to say it, but something should be able to be done via the breeder. None of these issues came up until Booker came. Having said that, I am terribly sorry for your loss. He's in doggie heaven right now, and he is at least no longer suffering.
  22. Or just leave it as it is and call it a new movie series.
  23. All they did was release the multiplayer aspect earlier, give it for free to backers and say "this is to help, the game is still on schedule". It didn't slow down development on the single player game and you could play it just fine without it becoming a P2W, people just blew it out of proportions because they were looking to make a profit and polish the KS game more. They even used it as a way to balance out shit and get player feedback on the battling. Which may I remind you they only got 700,000 for a 400,000 game, big difference from a 3-4 million game like DF. And sure their comment may on low budgets may have been too much, but let's take into consideration these guys used to work in Bioware so their experience is Bioware-like. I'm sure somebody can make an indie game for 20k or less. Now whether it's good or playable is another question.
