This is fun! I was just questing and these 3 villains showed up and beat on me. I was level 14 and they were around the same level as me. I ignored it and went back but they just beat on me again. So I asked around HQ if anybody wanted to join to get revenge. Just 1 did and we went back but the three were gone. There were other villains that we got to kill though, just not the three i was looking for. Anyway eventually I asked him to go villain hunting, and he said he knew where they were. So he brought me to the villain HQ and camped a few feet outside and killed some villains, around our level. I let the lower levels go if they aren't attacking me. Then I called out in Shout that we were there and who wants to join! Eventually some more people came aboard and we were killing villains in front of their door! Too bad the level 30 villains awoke. There were like 4 of them, and kick all our asses! Then my connection glitched out, and I'm now here posting at the forums...

I don't think so. It's pretty good now. I don't normally play MMOs, but I don't see any problems with lag. Never got disconnected too that isn't my fault. My own internet connection drops sometimes and that's all the lag and disconnects i've experienced, so not the game servers' fault. You can just see the message "waiting for login queue" for a split second before you it takes you in. So no issues in those too!

Anyone still playing it? Just started, level 9. Hero, PVPUS, Eclipseia. Because Eclipse was taken, as well as Eclipsia.

Although I'm really enjoying it, playing Planescape: Torment makes my head hurt. The amount of dialogue in this game is killing me!

I tried the widescreen mod + the GUI mod (to increase font/fix it), but I prefer the original, small, resolution.

I have heard that Honest Hearts, or Dead Money was good. I can't remember which, but either 1 of the two. Yes, I know, it's not helpful at all. Unfortunately, I have yet to play all the DLCs myself.

WHAT?!?!?!? I'm biased, because I love Bethesda despite all their faults... At the very least we are going to get 1 last fallout, using the skyrim engine, which is awesome. Oh the clear skies shout is my favorite shout. Not only does it make the sun go up, it also removes snow that drops my framerate! By the way, if you're far enough in the story, you'll eventually go to a place called "Blackreach". I liked that place.

Does it still work with a controller? I'm going to try, but I'm busy doing the main quest... If anyone knows.... EDIT: Read through the comments and it works. EDIT 2: So I tried it. But since I'm using a controller, the original interface was better. Plus text is bigger. I can see how it's a huge improvement for KB/mouse though. Too bad about the chests, and looting hasn't changed too.

My fallout saves were about the same size, but it's just 100mb when I zipped them... I probably won't use those ever again, but I just can't delete them!

I'm curious. Does anyone here use just 1 save file for Skyrim? Like save on 1 file, then keep overwriting it? Because I just save to a new file, always, even if the next save is 1 minute away (because sometimes I just feel like saving!). I rarely use quicksave too since I use a controller. I have a friend who "lost" his level 35 character, and I couldn't imagine how that could happen, then he said he saved over his character, he was so pissed. Looking at it right now, my uncompressed Save folder is 7.83 gigs! 1,030 save games. I could start from the Helgen dragon attack again.

I hope they put Morrowind GOTY on sale this Christmas... reading into Elder Scrolls lore on wiki makes me want to play the old games again...

Morrowind's been on sale for $5 quite a few times before. I bought it one of those times but I haven't had the time to get into it.

I don't know why the ebony armor is so damn ugly... plus the helmet doesn't fit right, and you can see parts of your skin exposed. I liked the elven armor, the glass looks OK. The dwarven armor looks cool to me too, as well as the Imperial heavy and light armor. But i'm using an upgraded daedric (drank two potions of smithing + armor, boots, ring, amulet of smithing during the upgrade!). Now I have an Armor rating of 700+. Elder dragons can still eat me whole though.

In other news... My 2nd marriage in Skyrim. I had no time to change to a suit. In attendance was Mikael from Whiterun, Lydia, Jordis the Sword-Maiden, dark-elf lady (forgot her name, I think she was the one with the dog), and some old guy I seriously cannot remember. Maybe he's one of Ysolda's friends. Anyway... I initially married Camilla Valerius. I am a Breton, so might as well marry another foreigner in Skyrim. Reason I needed another marriage was that I've done some stupid things. Like sold her cooking to herself, (so now she doesn't cook for me anymore!), and also disenchanted my Ring of Matrimony (d'oh!). Also killed Faendal because he keeps visiting her in my home, and dumped the body in the cave near the Sleeping Tree. Also, the woman doesn't sleep, and spends all her time on the alchemy table. So through the power of wiki and console commands, I "divorced" her by killing her in my home, resurrected her (also improving her disposition toward me, only fair as I did help them with the claw), and sent her on her way back to her brother. Sadly, Ysolda still won't cook for me...

Just curious, did you ever find yourself in danger of being killed by a mudcrab? There was this one quest, where the doors lock behind you, and there was this mage (or a necromancer?) at the end of the room with 4 skeletons/draughr. He loves his ice storms... Then after you kill him, you have to kill his wraith/ghost/whatever. Was that what you were talking about? I had to load my save about that many times too on that one...

So Arkham City and Saint's Row the third are 19.99 and 20.90 this weekend at Intkeys.com. I'm debating on whether I should get them... these are two games I was planning on getting on the PS3....

Bethesda is my favorite developer of all time, 2nd is Bioware, even though most people would say Bioware has more quality products. It's just that I likelove this formula they're doing with the elder scrolls... When I heard they got Fallout and were giving it the same treatment, unlike most people, I was overjoyed! Their games aren't perfect but I love them all the same!

+1! This is the best feature the service has, and it will keep me subscribed to plus. Without it, I would probably decide to stop even with all the discounted games/addons...
