I found the Normal difficulties on Uncharted 3 and TLoU a little more challenging than other games. Not really tough, but not a pushover as such. Difference with TLoU is it doesn't get much harder as it goes because you're getting more stuff and fairly useful skills to help. Halo 4's normal was also more like the hard difficulty that Bungie recommended for experienced players. Didn't help that I hated most of the new weapons and there never seemed to be enough goddamn ammo. Oh, and regarding the actual thread topic, I started playing a fun game, by this small Scottish developer. You might've heard of it. GTA V?

Dexter is supposed to be darkly comic, but I was laughing at all the wrong places during that last episode. At least it will be over next week. And from the spoilers I've read, which actually could turn out to be true, it sounds hilariously bad.

Personally, it depends on whether I find that particular film worth it. If it's a classic or such then it might be to you, but I'm not going to chance something on blu-ray unless it's incredibly cheap. I get things like Lawrence of Arabia, The Searchers and North by Northwest on blu-ray, for example. Though they're generally 'upgrades'.

I would buy more on blu-ray but I already own many of the films I like on DVD, blu-rays are a lot more expensive for the most part and I don't really see a benefit for the majority of films. Plus, as with TFG, if I'm not sure whether or not I'll like something, I can check it out for much less than a trip to the cinema (definitely handy in a few cases). I also keep pretty up-to-date on film goings-on with Empire magazine, and I visit the cinema enough as it is...

Hehe, I have been tempted to stray, but I think, "No! You have to resist! The system is there for a reason, you maverick!" I really have far too many DVDs in cardboard boxes already... But next year...next year, I shall have a house/flat with a million shelves! That truly is the ultimate dream.

Ah, well, I have this weird system in my head - partly to keep me from buying too many things until I get enough space, but also to save money where I can - whereby I have the usual 'wishlist' but with sweetspots for different things as to when I would purchase them. So, for example, DVDs = £3. BDs = £5-7. TV seasons = £10-15. Then other boxsets and things vary. It's weird, but it works OK...

Liked what I'd seen so far and £12.56 (after a discount) seemed like a pretty decent price for an entire season on blu-ray.

Her voice is far more pleasant than Brody's. Might have to give them a listen. You ever heard of Dirty Revolution? A Welsh ska (and other things) band...

The last few seconds are the best. "WTF?"

Yeah, for most people who knew about the pre-release stuff, it was already known. The gameplay didn't click (lolpun) for me until a fair way in, after a few upgrades.

If it has controls, and it requires some kind of input then videogame is accurate enough for me. EDIT: To clarify, I haven't given the subject much thought (not one of those days today), but just throwing out some other things and being my usual silly self.

But they also have sound! And not just music played live over the top!

Movies should be called moviesoundies.

I'm sure they look better...in motion?

I kinda guessed but figured I'd play it safe. "I thought that was Alison Haislip!" vs. "I thought that was Alison Haislip..."

Now we have to ask you the all-important question...

Hmm, looking at Mister Jack's post, did I forget to share Twitter: The Comic here?

Comic exaggeration, Ethan. Comic exaggeration.

I bought the 360 version because there'll be a lot of driving and shooting and, even with RealTriggers on the dualshock 3, the 360 controller is far better LET'S DO THIS
