I cracked my PSP so I could rip my retail copy of FFVII and play it on my PSP. I don't think any of that should be illegal. There used to be an exemption in the DMCA for obsolete videogame formats but it wasn't renewed in 2010.

I finished Homefront last night. It was a pretty decent 1/2 of a game. Devlopers: there's a difference between developing a game trilogy and taking a game and chopping it up into 3 parts.

Me caring about Halo begins and ends with the Master Chief and Cortana. Those two have such a great quasi-romance going on that I find it so hard to care about anyone else in the universe. I think that's what made me not enjoy Halo ODST or Reach as much. Also, mute heroes suck with the exception of Chrono and Link.

Well, you may want to file this under government encouragement/discouragement. Lots of times you have government who don't want to outlaw behavior but they'd like to make it slightly easier/harder for people to partake in certain activities.

well, I sort of got the feeling that the puzzle at the end was almost a ritual that could only have been accomplished by an assassin who's really good at jumping.

It's a little silly that the climbing and jumping has gone from just a skill from training to a sort of magical superpower only assassins possess.

Just buy the $70 edition with the gold wiimote simply because it's pretty.

I picked up Magic 2012 for 400 MS space bucks. I'm still ashamed to say that I'm playing it.

Personally I like any of the graphical styles. I don't really mind which one they use.

For me it was a case of too many characters. It's hard to care about all of the team members when you spend so little time with each of them. I suppose the predictability of the story didn't help too much either.
