Yes, I know it's out Friday. GMG is clear that they won't send the code until then.

It's happened a few times in the past. They just never guarantee anything. Usually, you just gotta wait and see. When a pre-load does happen, they do send it out early if they can. Just keep an eye on your account on the website. Sometimes your key will show up but you won't receive a notification email right away.

I recall my black classmates in law school being quite taken aback by a student who used the terms "blacks" instead if "black people" in class. This student later caused an uproar when he essentially said that "spic" isn't a racial slur.

Assassin's Creed III. Game was great until the last act, which feels rushed and very sloppy. The ending is stupid and ineffective. I loved the rest of the game, though it never lived up to its full potential. Also beat Arkham City last week. Fun, though not as good as Arkham Asylum. Made me want to preorder Arkham Origins.

I wonder what will happen to those preorders. Sony is probably not too happy with the delay, since it means delayed or canceled sales for the console. Maybe they'll be switched to AC4 bundles?

I think the King Washington stuff is worth $10. That's less than I paid for lunch today.

King Washington stuff was included, I believe. I think the deluxe was all the DLC plus the main game. $23 is a decent price for all that content, especially since I'm out of action-y PC games at the moment.

I buy tons of ebooks from Amazon, and I've had zero problems. Then again, I am smarter, better looking, wittier, and all-round superior to Dean, so the relative ease with which I sail through life is only to be expected. Honestly, though, I moved way too much to buy leisure books in anything but electronic form. Moving boxes of books is expensive/exhausting, and they take up lots of room in small New York apartments.

Really? Watched half the premiere and could not get over the half-hearted dialogue and acting, especially on the part of the hacker lady and the main guy. The whole thing seemed so bland.

Tried to log in before work and still cannot get past the first tutorial race. In solo mode it freezes, while in every other mode it endlessly waits for players or hangs on "launching session." So frustrating!
