All I remember about Ezio's climbing changing was the move that let you go vertically while hanging a bit higher than normal. Besides the hookblade obvi. That's nothing compared to Cole's changes which included floating, that ability that pulled you closer to things, and other crap like that. Either way, you had to utilize a broader range of abilities to get around in Infamous. In AC you rode a horse and climbed. Oh and I guess you got those glider things but that wasn't something that was around frequently.

You think that's an issue? I think the issue is Assassin's Creed's easy button. Hold A and run forward and TRAVERSE EVERY FUCKING THING IN THE WORLD! At least in Infamous you get powers that help you get around. Anyways, I did mention that ME wasn't open world. It's still a parkour style game like the others.
