^But not because of windows. The drive has to come with software that allows playback. As in: Someone has to foot the bill for playback, and it's not MS. Throughout the various websites I saw, I read a few comments about people selling laptops and stuff with blu-ray drives then people complained that they couldn't playback the movies.

*insert 8 discs joke*

Most people who exercise do stuff that's fun. Riding a stationary bike is indeed boring. Actually riding a real bike is fun. So is jogging and taking in the sights and getting that runners high while breathing in fresh air. With dieting it's about breaking your bad habits. Try drinking tea or something flavorful (not soda obviously) instead of snacking, or snacking on fruit. If you're bored (I saw your last status update) then find some new hobbies to keep yourself active and occupied.

^Windows doesn't have blu-ray support currently, so it's already like that a bit.

^Yep. Basically what happened with me, except it happened almost 2 years ago now for me. Shortly after the slim came out. Why should I pay $60 to play online occasionally? I'm not a big fan of the exclusives (the only games I've missed out on are Alan Wake which is on PC now and Shadow Complex) whereas I do enjoy the PS3 exclusives. Hell, Demon's Souls was my first PS3 game. In combination with my PC I really feel like I have the opportunity to play 95% of what I want to and I save money while doing it buy not paying for XBL. The PS3 also didn't require me to buy a wireless dongle just to go online and comes with rechargeable controllers... the extra costs of the 360 definitely put me off.

It tastes like whiskey that is much cheaper. I've made the Smirnoff comparison before. You pay for their marketing campaigns with the price. Let's not even get into the scotch conversation...

Most everyone mentions installing another media player solves the problem. Anyways, what will actually happen is the cost of licensing the codecs or whatever will just shift to the OEMs since the people who would play DVDs on their computer are going to be buying complete desktops/laptops anyways. MS can now have windows on things without disk drives (tablets and im sure many laptops in the future, netbooks are already there) while not having to pay for dvd playing.

You should prioritize it so you can play it now while the servers are still up.

>flavored whiskey >anything Jack Daniels you sicken me.

You pprobably take Nic Cage too seriously. The man is awesome because he's so ridiculous.

He doesn't want a salary for himself, he wants to hire someone. Instead of the project taking a decade he wants it to take a year, and for the content to all be quality. In a way it's an interesting method to do a wiki. Wikis are meant to be crowd sourced, but in this case the funding for the content is crowd sourced. Either way, if you like the site, I see no reason to not support this.

Eh, maybe this was added after you posted, or you didn't bother to read... but it's for a full-time writer. My initial thought before clicking in was "$60k? That sounds like someone's salary" and sure enough, that's what it is.

EA published, not developed, no?

Limited choice makes it safe, comfortable, and require less thought.

Apple's things is control over ecosystems. They want their customers to think that there isn't any way to do things besides their. So already, their customers aren't going to bother, but they might if it's made slightly easier for me. It's stupid, but it falls into how anal/OCD Apple is about everything.

Whoa whoa whoa. Please tell me what you think of the ending both what happens and what you think the point of it was. I'd love to hear it from someone who is looking into the book that deeply. -
So what, only 4 special, and the specials wouldn't be based on punching, kicking, range, or power? Do you think such a simple game would be fun? I think that would work well in something more like a brawler.

Blood Meridian really was amazing. -
The Steam versions and mobile versions are different though. It would be the first ever case of fragmentation on Steam, wouldn't it?

Ah, okay. I'm guessing that they just make USB3.0 SSD drives now?

Is Starhawk going to be $40 or $60? Wasn't Warhawk $40 standalone and $60 with the mic? I'd pay $40 for it but not $60.

Isn't flash media only slow due to the USB connection itself? USB 3.0 + nice flash media= fast as hell, isn't it?

I'm not a fan of motion blur as well but depth of field can be well done.
