I'm not too into getting trophies so I didn't bother.

Beat Red Dead Redemption. Good, but overrated. I don't think Rockstar does cutscenes that well. At least not important ones. They rush through everything. Make fun of MGS and its penchant for long cutscenes... but the length really helps flesh things out and make them more dramatic. RDR could have used more of that. It doesn't help that pacing can't be controlled in an open world game either.

So wait, if a character gets on your nerves, it can make a movie unwatchable? There's a lot of characters in movies who are SUPPOSED to get on your nerves. Movies aren't made for you to like every single character. When you have a scumbag character you should view them as scum.

Lol. Well that's way too long then. I've had it take a day or two for some people... but this is nearing 2 weeks old now isn't it?

I've seen this plenty of times with indie games. Basically, they sell x number at one price, then they have another tier with a goal of x number of copies, and so on and so forth.

Bingo. I'm not talking about CoD/Halo/MW type of "hardcore", I'm talking about the actual gaming enthusiast. If I misinterpreted it and took their E3 presser to mean "we're appealing to the dudebro gamer", then so be it. If they were actually trying to appeal to the enthusiast I don't see how these recent decisions are helping. There's no money in appealing to the enthusiast so there's no way Nintendo would do it. I always interpreted Nintendo's E3 efforts as "hey, did you see all of those AAA multi-plats that came out on everything but the Wii? Well, now we're getting those too for you 'hardcore ' players!"

Oh yeah, people mention that they prefer the staggered stick layout. I've never really noticed any difference TBH. I really have no preference in that regard. What do people like about each style? Can you do "the claw" on 360?

My issue with the 360 design is that not every game works well with triggers. The dual shock is more versatile.

He BETTER be in the second season, or I am refusing to watch the show again. while your passion for equal time for homosexual characters is laudable, HBO only allots so much money. What makes you think the people in that world would look good at all? Hell, I would say most people in these sorts of settings would be ugly.
