  1. lol @ it not working over and over, finally getting into a "pick language" screen, and now it's back to not doing shit
  2. Unless they're willing to change some gameplay mechanics from our feedback. well i would sure as hell hope so. gotta at least do a server stress test and whatnot right?
  3. i dont get your wording. a "demo" is BETTER than a beta.
  4. GeoHotz is known for taking credit for other peoples work and is known for being a diva about everything he does. He doesn't deserve your money. If anyone does it's Fail0verflow
  5. The Burned Man is related to The Legion and might show up in DLC as well. He was supposed to be a partner in the canned version of Fallout 3. Click here if you want the spoilers and details. There's very few references in New Vegas to the other courier. IIRC, one of them is just outside of new vegas to the east between the gun runners and whatever that vault is below the boomers. Basically, he's the "seventh" courier that denied the job that you ended up getting or some shit like that. He was supposed to be a partner in the game but they took him out. Thankfully, because what I've read of his story and what might happen with him in NV (based on the cancelled fallout 3 black isle was working on which shares plenty of elements with NV in the first place) sounds like it would need a lot of work so I'm glad they just cut it so if they end up doing it they can do it properly with DLC. Details for the other courier (dead money spoilers) Also, the game gets REALLY interesting at that part you quit at. Those "objectives" are really entire missions each in of themselves and really show off why New Vegas is so much better than FO3: your decisions actually matter and you have a million more options to TALK to people. Also, Benny ran off to Caesars camp? Weird. Things went differently for me...
  6. I use it as a virtual folder of sorts. Otherwise it looks ugly and cluttered.
  7. What part? And Dead Money is supposed to be meh isn't it? I just want to play it for the "other courier" references which are supposed to involve the next DLCs after this
  8. I've heard very little of the SP actually. How much did you play and what are your thoughts in a bit more detail? (though i'm suspecting "more linear" at the minimum)
  9. Are you saying the SP is going to suck? I think of it more as the call of duty tards they want buying their game in large quantities focus on MP and not SP.
  10. Speaking of Saved! I ended up catching what seemed like the last 2/3rds of it today. Mildly funny and enjoyable. Also lead chick from weeds and peter from weeds being a couple in the movie= mind blown
  11. I never mentioned FB. More personal means that I wanted something from SOMEONE ELSE and not just throwing a link at me (which is all anyone has done at this point.) The original quote has no meat. It gets me interested and that's it. Considering the overload of gaming blogs in this day and age there's really not much to go on here. Mr. Goh seems to get my point. Why are they a hell of a crew and not just a team of writers?
  12. I want something easy to read that gets right to the meat of why anyone would want to read anything on that site. There wasn't a link in the post that originally mentions it.
  13. I think you missed the point. A bio is typically convoluted and full of information I don't care about. Plus, the writing for that sites bios is particularly bad even though the articles are fine. To get back to where this originated from, there's still nothing to indicate why they are a "hell of a crew."
  14. For a netbook that's a rather excellent way to save space.
  15. I was asking for something a bit more personal, as in why they would stand out, not a basic bio. No need to be so condescending.
  16. So it'll look like IE9? I'm for it. I've always considered that a good idea in IE9.
  17. I think some do and some don't. It's like going to the movies. Regardless of budget, they all cost the same. Either way, accounting for inflation, gaming has gotten cheaper and not more expensive over time.
  18. Needlessly? Gaming has gotten cheaper over time.
  19. The movie industry, like the music industry, has pumped out bullshit for decades and will continue to do so. It has absolutely nothing to do with movies in general being good or not because there's plenty of great foreign and independent work.
  20. Rock, Paper, Shotgun appears to have left The Witcher off their "The Very Important List Of PC Games." Yes, I am raging.

  21. I tried pirating this and I don't remember enjoying the whole saturn emulation experience. =\ I want to play it still. I loved the first two.
