1) As far as I know yes mandatory installs. This, along with DRM/how activations work, etc, really need to get cleared up officially. All of the details. And 500gb? Well I'm guessing games will be between 25-50gb each so you won't have all of your games installed at once. 2) What is there to buy? It has cloud computing capabilities. They can offload things to a server somewhere instead of doing it on the home console. Both the PS4 and the One will be able to do it. It's very plausible that after a few years we will see "Works better with constant internet connection" or even making that mandatory. However, we don't appear to be there yet in practice.

A) From what we already know whatever is there won't be as extensive and will be optional B) What do you want to hear about that? Just when it's going to start running? I think this is more of a we need to see if it actually works sort of thing. C) I think this would just push me on waiting out longer (I do game on PC) while I await any good single player exclusives. I actually rented Uncharted 3 so I've already dealt with that same situation. While it would have been nice to get a few rounds and play a bit on the last day I had it I ultimately had rented it for the single player to begin with.

Because I don't see any justification as to why you would think the way you do. Yes, she gets a bit crazy later on when things stagnate, but as of now she's by far the strongest female character and making nothing but right, powerful moves.

I think it's the other way around. They didn't have the time or budget to actually have new areas for the story they wanted to tell. I loved the text part. I think it was one of the best things they tried.

According to? Anyways, it's pretty obvious they thought they could keep riding this Wii train all of the way to the money bank. They're just not doing enough now that they're in this situation. I say abort the Wii U and immediately come out with the Wii 2. And by immediately I mean 2-3 years or however long this sort of thing takes.

Huh? It works nothing like iOS. It's literally right there when you boot up. Should it be glowing and bounce around and flashing red or something? Internet Explorer, Pictures app, mail app. This is actually *easier* than normal windows and provides more functionality. The only picture apps built into Win 7 are what, paint, snipping, and photo viewer? And then for mail there's... well nothing. Uh, have you ever read the MS blog or anything they've ever posted? They have shitloads of research and I even posted one about the start button and how people are using it less just a few posts ago. If anything the problem might be too much research where they forget about the human element and just look at numbers. And then MS would still be stuck in the past and wouldn't be utilizing the more friendly built-in features because they're just sticking with what they're used to. The bottom line is that MS introduced something new while still giving you the option to do things the old way if you take a little bit of time to figure it out. If you're a power user? Use it like Windows 7. If you're introducing it to grandma? Don't even bother showing them the desktop. Point out how much they can do without ever opening it.
