  1. The Wii was the only one that didn't drop in price forever because it was incredibly succesful at the price it was at. That's what will determine what happens here.
  2. What about equipping things in battle/while running to places?
  3. I wish I had the money to drink scotch regularly. I really do enjoy the peaty taste. I have a friend who works at a bar and gave me some Johnnie Walker Green Label and some Laphroaig 10 year. The Laphroaig was fantastic. The JW was enjoyable but not as much as the Laphroaig.
  4. Well the iPhone 5 was just an incremental update. Gizmodo wrote an article on how it being boring was a good thing, and how it will continue to be boring until they lose market share. With the Wii U.... well personally game launches in general are meh because launch lineups are never that great! Why spend the money on a console on launch that will get a price drop by the time it has good games?
  5. I'm sorry that your current job is so terrible that something at Best Buy is better.
  6. ..but the inventory system sucks in those games. Also, I've always loved how the in-game HUD works for doing shit in Demons Souls and Dark Souls. Learn how to use the claw or get the fuck out. I hope it's similar in RE6.
  7. My PS3 Slim won't turn on. It beeps once if I press the power button and 3 times if I press the disc button. Any ideas?

I had a similar issue with my PS3. I never figured out why it did what it did or how it fixed itself, but its all gravy now. I got really worried cause I have one of the OG 60 gig models.

That... is really weird. I'd have figured it'd be a 2-way street and powering on the PS3 would activate the TV...) Good to know! *adds it to the mental troubleshooting file*

^I haven't tried swapping HDMI cords or making sure both are firmly in and not bent or anything.

  8. ^Are you talking the Vita or the PS3? Consoles and handhelds are two completely different things.
  9. I don't think I mentioned that I pre-ordered Torchlight 2. It's the first time I've pre-ordered a game in ages let alone actually purchased a game on release. Dat $20 price point.
  10. I think it's ridiculous that people can say atheists are one thing or another. It's a lack of faith. It can be for any reason, they can believe anything else they want, and live their lives anyway they want. They just do it without religion.
  11. ^That's what I keeping seeing people say online. TBH, I think the Lumia 920 blows this thing out of the water, and is definitely the most exciting phone coming out. Sure, it's an improvement, but it seems like Apple is playing catchup rather than innovating now. Steve Jobs never would have let that shit fly.
  12. ^I'm the same. Hell, I had a friend who would create stuff, and I would play his levels but I never created my own.
  13. Not done going through the news but what do you mean by Instagram thing? It has a built in social network for pictures? Or do you mean filtes, which would be more of a hipstamatic thing built in.
  14. Yeah, I leave it on one of the lower levels to at least okay stuff.
  15. What would an easy mode even be like in those games? Having more health and the enemies less health only goes so far. I think entire moves would have to be removed from enemies.
  16. The brewery that runs its own pubs.
  17. The term I see for what you're describing is a brewpub. Also, it's faux-Irish just like so much other stuff in America.
  18. All of the bars in Seattle have places to sit, usually open at some point during the day, and they all sell food. I see plenty of bars in the country outside of Seattle, too.
  19. In the US, a pub will be a place that has beer but no spirits, and a bar has both. Have we been over this before? Also, I haven't drank in enough different areas, but at least where I live I never see repeated names. The most generic one I can think of is "The Blarney Stone" and Google tells me there's other places that share the name in the states.
  20. It's easier to pirate on a DS than a PSP though. Installing CFW is a much more involved process than putting some files onto a microSD card and loading them into a R4. How do we know the lack of sales isn't because a perceived lack of value? Many games on the PSP from the get go just haven't been marketed at westerners. When it didn't get traction that became even more true. I'm not saying that piracy isn't part of the reason, but I don't think it's the reason for low software sales. Hell, we could even try and make a correlation between people who are into Japanese-style games being more adept at installing CFW (with there being a culture around it), vs casual users who had PSPs but barely bought games for them due to lack of interest. There's all sorts of fun unprovable stuff going on here. I just told you how simple it is. Its simpler than buying an R4 because with the PSP you don't even have to buy one. http://wololo.net/in...fw-on-a-psp-go/ Read that. Its as simple as transferring a file to your PSP and running it. What about the other models? The PSP Go was the least popular model last time I checked, and the other models required much more extensive methods of modding.
