I'm guessing that's Sony's aim. Push everyone on to yearly subs. Makes their revenue look better and more predictable.

Combined Washer-Dryers are a thing. So it's not so much a space issue. Waste pipes for dryers are a bit of a pain as they tend to be huge, if they weren't installed at the time the house was built / kitchen/laundry room was refitted, then they tend to be too much trouble. Also, as others have stated, second to the fridge/freezer washer-driers are the most energy hungry appliances in the home (UK doesn't go in for home AC obviously) it's not sensible to spend that much when hanging stuff up for a day or two will do the job for free.

You could do a quick check on CEX website for a rough idea.

If you watch the video closely, you can see all the branching paths that lead to places other than Elysium. Heading to a building is going to have an optimum route, and once you are in a building corridors are inevitable so a degree of linearity is to be expected in the trailer. I wouldn't take a five minute run to a cutscene as an indication of how open/closed the game will be.

Aren't all windows desktops virtual?

Not gonna lie, I really enjoyed that.

It's mostly about FOMO from what I can tell. This guy feels he needs to have a working knowledge of every piece of pop culture to be relevant. I get it, but I don't really agree with the sentiment. P.S. Sorry to hear you went long distance on the relationship. Will you be heading south of the wall soon?

At least MS are being upfront about Tomb Raider being a timed excl... oh, no... wait. It's still in their list of games coming Exclusively to Xbox (this year). The massive bellends.
-
In the air. It has to touch the grass (walls are fine as is the guttering on the edge) to end the game.

They have a filter. So they'll be called the d1ck planet, or the DlCK planet... etc.
-
Meh... I don't. People are trolls.

Yeah, I think the grabby things are like: "Oh yeah, t-rex is a badass, but it has little arms." "T-rex with grabby arm things! Where is your 'god' now!?" Not sure where the cat with a bandanna comes in...

Mine's all installed now. Feel a tad silly for not checking disk space in advance, but really their error messaging is atrocious.

I love the subtlety with which "sacks and sacks and sacks of money" has been translated into "passion". http://www.examiner.com/article/square-ceo-on-rise-of-the-tomb-raider-xbox-one-exclusivity-microsoft-s-passion

I had an error after downloading and during setup: "setup has failed to initialize the working directory". After some googling moved the downloaded folder to my other hard drive and it started to work. Then installation paused and it told me that I didn't have enough disk space. Cleared space and we're all installed. How the hell are you supposed to divine "Not enough disk space" from "setup has failed to initialize the working directory"?

Cool. Thanks Ethan.

Played a few rounds last night, we were doing ok until we came across a team with a star player as well. Whoever MiniPanda10 is, after they beat us in the first game, I decided that wasn't going to happen again. I spent the rest of the game demolishing him. It works wonders. They are taken out of the game and even when they aren't being nudged or asploded they spend their time looking over their shoulders rather than focussing on the ball. After three more defeats to us the message "Please leave" popped up. As it was getting late, we complied with the request.

If you ban superHEROES from carrying guns, then only the superVILLAINS will have guns. Blah blah NRA rhetoric blah. Agreed though. I think they were aiming for the "Hero that Gotham needs now" schtick but miscued slightly.
-
Agreed. But then he is unpredictable... so can't criticise too much.
-
You'll probably get a medal.
-
Well I can't speak for everyone else on whether or not you speak for everyone else, and based on a sample size of "me" you do speak for everyone. That said. Yes, I think there is a probability approaching 0 that you speak for all of DC fandom.
-
Agree with the sentiment completely. TKJ should be consigned to history, but I always get antsy about using "We" when "I" is more appropriate.

Eventually you can unlock all in either grid. Standard Grid allows higher max lvls than Expert which is weird. However the way Luck works means that only HP ends up lacking a little.
-
I hate that the expert grid has fewer nodes than the standard.

Fair enough, but I lay the blame for that on MS for trying to deceive, inveigle and obfuscate, rather than on the journalists who were being non-committal in the face of a slippery statement.
