Yeah, I haven't even gotten to start the game yet, but I can't keep myself from coming back to this thread. I don't know why I torture myself like this.

Yeah, I didn't mean I'm never allowed to play a game on another screen while she's watching TV, just that she doesn't feel that time counts as time spent together, so even if we've been next to each other on the couch she'll still feel like we haven't spent time together if we weren't doing the same thing.

Yeah, staring at a screen in the same room "doesn't count" as spending time together for us either unless we're looking at the same screen.

Probably a better place would be PCs for Dummies. I'd move it but I'm on my phone. To answer your question, I have some Earforce X11s that I really like. They're not surround, but you can get Earforces that are. And the cord on them is like 15 feet or something ridiculous like that.

Yeah, gaming time has taken a serious hit. Even on weekends, having talked about it ahead of time, I have trouble dedicating a full day to playing a game.

Lots of people have thought it was bad for a very long time, it's just now that there's enough critical mass to actually accomplish it.

Yeah, cause PC gamers love that... In their defense this is the same company that did the Arkham Origins port, and while that one definitely had its issues they weren't nearly this bad.

All of that's true, but suspending purchases now doesn't have any effect on people who already preordered, and I'm sure nowhere close to 100% of ongoing pouches would turn into refunds, so they're losing money by doing this.

I don't see how the refunds could hurt their bottom line more than not selling it at all. Either way they net $0. I think this is a PR move to show that they are genuinely concerned.

Rocksteady/WB have suspended sales of the PC version until it's fixed. Not ideal, but overall seems like a pretty good way to handle it at the moment.

Yeah, according to the article the settings to enable those missing features are apparently turned on in the ini file, but they don't actually change anything in-game, which to me sounds like a bug.

Apparently, in addition to the performance issues, the PC version lacks graphical features present in the PS4 version, such as ambient occlusion and surfaces getting wet from the rain.
