How do you use virtual desktops? (I'm sure I could figure it out if I tried, but I haven't tried yet.)

I don't think it will reset everyone back to 20. I can't remember where, but I read somewhere a person talking about how they were able to play the Taken King on their own level 34 character and it slotted right in to the new content without disruption.

Yeah, that video pretty much says what I've always thought: CG is great, it's just not great for everything, and the best effects usually come from blending practical effects with CG to play to the strengths of both.

For me it's that everyone's talking about things, and I want to be able to participate in the conversation. So FOMO more about being able to participate than the game/movie/whatever itself. Although there is a little bit of "everyone else likes this, what am I not seeing in it?"

I've picked Spacechem back up after FLD mentioned it, been going through trying to beat his scores before tackling the remaining planets.

Yeah, the runways aren't exactly the same length, but they're pretty close.

The more I read about the changes coming to The Taken King the more I think I'm done playing until it comes out. I'm just working the PoE to finish upgrading my armor at this point (I have all my characters at level 34 but with really fucked stat allotments), and if the gear is going to be instantly obsolete there's no point.

Is it because it was in the air or because it was headed for the goal? Because when the timer hits 0 it freezes and says "shot on goal" before continuing.

Yep. Although if it just says "so-and-so has started a party you can join" that probably means they didn't specifically invite you, they just started a party that's open to friends.

PS4 has system-level parties, so you can be in a party with them and chat with them even if they're playing a different game from you.

Yes, even when it's not in use, turned completely off, it still prevented me from extending the desktop across the other two monitors.

Okay, I figured it out: I have 3 monitors, but my graphics card only supports using up to 2 at the same time. For some reason with all 3 connected it won't let me extend even across 2, but if I unplug one then it will let me extend across the remaining 2. Weird. Not that big a deal though, because the third monitor is just my gaming TV, so I can just leave it unplugged except when I want to use it, which isn't very often.

On my desktop I can't get my multiple monitors to work. I can put the desktop on any 1 monitor, or duplicate it across 2, but I can't extend it across 2. I do have an nVidia card, but I've installed the newest driver that was supposed to fix the multi-monitor issues. Anyone have any ideas? I'm open to the possibility that it's working right and I'm just too dumb to figure out how to do it.
