    You're conflating TN and my perspectives: TN said that Drake's brother would provide an opportunity for coop without breaking immersion, whereas I don't give half a shit if coop breaks immersion. If I want to be immersed I'll play by myself. In my experience coop breaks immersion regardless of how it's handled though because other people don't know how to shut the fuck up during a game like they do during a movie. The reason I want campaign coop rather than a separate mode is that when it's a separate mode it never has anything close to the care and attention of the main campaign put into it, so it's simply not as good.

    You're WAY overthinking it. Just do it like Halo: design the game for singleplayer, and if you play coop there's two Master Chiefs. There's no reason it has to affect the singleplayer experience in any way (except I'll admit I don't have a good answer for the crumbly bits TN mentions).

    I may have missed when they enabled that, but I know for quite a while after launch it wasn't supported at all (despite being promised).

    Yeah, that. Installing 40GB from disc takes 10 minutes, and many games you can play while installing. Installing 40GB from the internet takes a couple hours, and PS4 doesn't yet let you play while downloading.

    Yeah, this. I don't want to have to wait 3 hours when I decide I want to play a game. Isn't the whole point of digital that it's supposed to be more convenient than physical?

    I wish people would stop saying that ARPGs aren't "real" RPGs. *Edit* - I also want to say that while generally I agree that you shouldn't criticize a game just for not being what you wanted it to be, I have two exceptions to that: 1) It's a sequel to another game, and they changed things you liked in the original, and 2) It's marketed a certain way, and then doesn't live up to that.

    Wow, what a stupid, stupid title. Also, isn't like the whole point of the Terminator series that you can make little changes to the past but no matter what you do you can't avert Judgement Day altogether?

    I lost interest about halfway through the first season when I tried to watch it.

    That was one of the only complaints I saw from reviews: there was no way to check what your connection quality to your opponents was, so there's no way to tell if it's going to be a good match or not.

    Yeah, they really need two tiers of heroic and nightfall, at least for a while. Making the gunsmith do it is a really good idea. Works thematically too.
