US laws apply to anyone operating in the US, regardless of where they're based. So if they want to block access from US users then they don't have to follow our copyright laws, but if they want the US market they have to play by our rules. Totally agree that copyright is fucked though.

It does seem weird when you put it that way. I guess even Ubisoft thinks two AC games on the same platforms at the same time is a little excessive.

Yeah, that's part of it too. Although odds are it'll get cheaper on PC before the PS4 version ever comes out, and it being a PS360 game my computer should be able to handle it fine.

A trailer leaked for Assassin's Creed Rogue, the PS360 game releasing this year. Main character seems to be a templar. I would get this, but November is already too crowded for me (partially due to Unity), so I'll probably pick up the PC version (if there is one) on sale sometime.

I think in order for the clan to show up in-game you have to set it as your clan from the website. You can set it for both Xbox and Playstation.

Meh, if people are irritating then mute it, it's nice to be able to talk to people when you want without having to buy extra hardware.

Okay, you said you thought that they'd stick the same levels together, which they don't do, they just equalize everybody. I know they said they equalize stats, but I'm not sure exactly what that means as far as weapons go (ie if every scout rifle behaves exactly the same or if they just equalize strength/etc bonuses). Also, I approved you to join the group. Now we are two!

For me at least, from what I remember it was okay, it's just that most of the rest of the MCU is so good it can't stand up. Like Atomsk said, even Iron Man 2 is okay as far as non-marvel superhero movies go, it's just being compared against a bunch that are a lot better.

What has physics ever done for us anyway? *Edit* - Conservation of momentum is well-established enough that I'm fairly confident they'll at some point work out that it's not actually violating it, they just don't at the moment understand it well enough.
