I've got 3 Xbone Destinty Beta keys to give away. Same as before, first to PM me gets them. These are global keys, so you don't have to be in the Americas like you did for the PSN ones.

I buy from GoG and the Humble Store occasionally, when they have a game that I want for cheaper than Steam (and that I don't already have on Steam). Also, I have more faith in Steam's ability to continue operating than I do in my own ability to keep track of the downloaded installation files.

Inquisition's been delayed from October 7 to November 18. This throws off my whole gaming calendar for this fall. Now I've got a massive dead zone between Destiny and Assassin's Creed, and only a week between the Master Chief Collection and Inquisition.

I discovered yesterday that my Xbone's disc drive is bad. I've had it for 4 months, and this is the first time I've inserted a disc.

I dunno, I suggest you try a home remedy, first. I hear running an Xbone through a rinse cycle in your dishwasher fixes the faulty blu-ray drive issue.

Destiny is confirmed 1080p for Xbone for the final version. The Beta version didn't quite make it to that, but they'd said they were still targeting it for the final version, and now they're confirming it.

Oh, my headphones have separate hardware volume dials for voice and game, I assumed any combination headset would have that too.

I don't remember which game it was, but there was something I bought, played, beat, decided I would probably never play it again, and then sold for more than I bought it for. But yeah, that was a complete fluke, but when I'm talking about the ability to sell I really do mean after a week or two, if I decide I don't like it as much as I thought I would.

Oh, totally agree with that. Really, the only tangible benefit to buying physical is that I can sell it again if I get tired of it or decide I don't like it.

But if for whatever reason I have to uninstall it, or get a new computer or whatever, it being removed from the server will prevent me from installing it again in the future.

Do your headphones not allow you to adjust game and chat volume separately?

I prefer physical things just because I have more sense of ownership, it's not going to just evaporate because a server for turned off.
