@GOH: I doubt it's actually mandatory, but I'm worried the game will be designed around it to the extent that it will feel off if you try to play singleplayer. @Metal: The modern day stuff in AC4 is almost entirely optional.

Yeah, Comet's confirmed. They confirmed it when Unity originally leaked. @SL: I think MS kind of soured to Kojima after he posted comparisons clearly demonstrating that the PS4 version of MGSV was graphically superior to the Xbone version.

I thought the same thing, but then they showed a guy jump out of a helicopter onto an ATV, after which his helicopter crashed on top of his opponent, so that got me a little bit more interested.

I think if they were going to announce that trilogy they would have done it in that little Bioware trailer they just showed. Too bad.

At least they acknowledged Star Wars at the beginning, that's a good sign, even if it wasn't detailed.

Inside is exciting, and total sploosh for Master Chief Collection. I'm 100% with SL regarding online multiplayer though. Every once in a while there'll be an exception (like Titanfall), but not often.

This game just went from an automatic preorder to wait and see for me. I can't imagine anyone I would play with taking it seriously enough to not piss me off, and the game will probably be designed around coop so it won't be as good alone.

The fact that it's only on Xbox One is a good way to keep the mutants contained. Because Xbox One is a small market. Because there aren't many of them.

Alright, let's see how I did: Microsoft Halo 2 Anniversary for Xbone, possibly as part of the Master Chief Anthology (Halo 1, 2, 3 & 4 all ported to Xbone) - Yep. Price cut for 360 - Nope. Boring TV boringness - So happy to say I was wrong about this. Hopefully more info about the June Xbone update, especially taking out a lot of the interface weirdnesses cause by Kinect (particularly the fact that you can't even use Upload Studio at all without Kinect attached). - And wrong, but mostly because the update was already released late last week.

I love how they pointed out you can turn off improved graphics, and how the Halo 2 multiplayer is the exact same game ten years ago.

They did the graphics thing for Halo 1 Anniversary too. Some people want to have the authentic original experience. As for it being the same game, if it weren't what would be the point? If you wanted to play a modern game you could do that. Even just within Halo you've got Reach and Halo 4.

I know they can't say it before the company decides to state it officially, which is why I suggested the "we don't comment on rumors and speculation." I'm not saying they need to tell us everything, I'm saying it bothers me when the things they do say are just flat out lies. If you don't want to tell the truth yet then just don't fucking say anything.

I ordered Android Infiltration (Infiltrator?), should arrive Tuesday. I'm excited for that.

No, it's believed voice commands would still work, just the processing reserved for body detection and whatnot would be disabled, so gestures wouldn't work. Hasn't been confirmed though.
