That's pretty awesome, but I think the distinction they would draw is that you can't see the antenna so unlike the overall phone design it's not going to cause confusion in consumers, whereas someone might mistake the Samsung phones for iPhones.

Apparently there's a big brouhaha now about the fact that because the US Olympic Committee gives our medal winners an "honorarium" they have to pay 35% taxes on it. Unless trademark works differently in Europe, if it really is that Metro AG retailer that's retarded. A trademark is only violated if there could reasonably be confusion between the two things, and no one is going to confuse a computer interface with a retail outlet.

Mirror's edge is gorgeous, and I only remember a couple of places where they used "runner" colors when they shouldn't have. As for red barrels, I was under the impression that the problem most people have with them is that they explode at all. Almost nothing irl will explode in a big ball of fire when shot with a hand gun or assault rifle. Unless you're using explosives they shouldn't go up in big fireballs like that (obviously this is only a problem for games that are trying to be realistic).

I hate any box that isn't standard shape/size. I can deal with box sets being thicker than normal boxes but I want the face dimensions to still be the same, or as close as possible since I realize putting cardboard around the standard box necessitates it being slightly larger.
