But his point, which is true, is that even if only 2% of the units are bad 90% of the discussion will be from people with bad units, so the fact that 90% of the discussion is from people with bad units doesn't really tell you very much of use. *I just pulled those specific numbers out of my ass.

Consumers don't benefit from all that proprietary R&D so I don't view it as a reason for me to pay more, even if it does drive up their costs. I also feel like the fact that you have to buy a card makes the price of the system misleading, especially with how expensive the cards are. At the very least they need to include a 4GB card so you can save your games.

For the millionth time: they are not comparable. 32GB Vita memory stick, $80. 32GB Samsung class 10 microSDHC, $30. And that's not even taking into account the fact that Vita memory cards are really more like a class 4-6. They're something like 3 times as expensive as they should be.

I'd say it actually is Sony's fault for making their error message unhelpful. If it had just said "Your card is out of date" you could have fixed it and been done.

Figured I'd start a topic for this game. It looks like it could be pretty cool. Some superficial similarity to Watch Dogs, but considering they first announced this last year I doubt there's any real reason for that, just coincidence. I'm hoping the memory alteration sequences are nonlinear, so you can have multiple solutions.

You might try calling the ISP. That way at least you might be able to confirm whether it's something they did intentionally or not.

There are other ways besides just MAC addresses. My roommate in college had to do a lot to our router to get it to work since the dorm network was designed to not let people use routers. I don't have any idea what he did, but I know it was more complicated than only spoofing a MAC address.
