By "my game" do you mean Diablo 3? If so I don't see the logic in refusing to get game X that doesn't do anything wrong because of game Y which does a lot of things wrong, even if they're published by the same company. And by "this bullshit" I meant anything to do with requiring a constant connection, I won't get HotS if it has that.

I only know what's in that article, but in principle replacing direct subsidies with crop insurance seems like a good way to go, and $24 billion in savings is nothing to sneeze at. I wish it had elaborated more on the changes to food stamps though.

I'd like to upgrade my PS3 HDD (those Plus games take up a lot of space) but it's such a PITA, considering atm I don't have a USB HDD to back up to, so I'd have to just back up save data to a USB stick and redownload everything else.

Related to that, on November 6 (same day as the US presidential election) Puerto Rico is having a referendum on whether to petition to become the 51st state or not (other options include seeking independence). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Puerto_rico#Within_the_United_States Votes about whether to petition to become a state have been held a few times before, and while they've always failed the margin has been progressively lower each time. Maybe this time it will succeed.

Honestly, Origin doesn't seem that bad either. I just wish that Amazon would be able to sell PSN download codes like it does with XBL codes. I think that would go a long way toward fixing the prices.

Is Sweden any more likely to extradite him to the US than the UK is? Also, I agree, it seems strange that they would be able to extradite him when he hasn't even been officially charged with anything. Finally, I'm not sure what this has to do with not being able to trust the US government...

Okay, well that's patently ridiculous, Walmart is not going to stop selling Call of Duty and Halo. The real issue with the California law (and other video game regulation laws) is that video games are entitled to the same protection as any other expressive medium.

E, for "Everyone". They do have a decent argument though. Walmart won't carry AO (Adults Only) games, the highest they'll carry is M (Mature, 17+). And here is a list of all the AO games ever made: http://en.wikipedia....-rated_products Not many. *Edit* - AO is the only ESRB rating above M.
