  1. Okay, with that video I think they'll have a solid grip on the story and setting. I doubt CD Projek can completely screw up the gameplay. At worst it'll just be typical third person shooter sort of thing, which is okay since look at Spec Ops: The Line. It had typical to okay gameplay but the story more than made up for it. I feel we may have quite a gem coming our way.
  2. I also see them carrying Sun Golds, so if I fail for any reason, I have a backup supplier. Then there is always Farmer's Market. I just want to grow my own and eat them right off the plant, fresh and ripe. Man, they're just so perfect for snacking. Now that I think about it, I should invest in some netting for the tomatoes and sunflower. I feel birds will go after them in the summer months. Anyways, game plan: I'm going to get the sunflowers going so they get a head start. I also will get the bitter melon going a bit later so they can take the cage and whatever support I give them, including my sunflower (I just hope it doesn't overtake the sunflowers). The winter squash will have pretty much the whole floor of the bed and outward to themselves. Marigolds, garlic or whatever may be somewhere between them. The tomatoes will just be in their containers with marigolds around them. In all cases, I should have enough (complete/semi-complete) worm tea to play around with on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. Lets see if it is really true that worm tea will make a plant thrive.
  3. The large screen of the Note 2 is good enough for reading e-textbooks. Changing how I school.

  4. We should be ready to go in about two weeks. Thanks for the input on the tomatoes, I got some in mind and I'll order some seeds today. I'm planning on starting this weekend on some trays.
  5. Dio Brando and his "ZA WARDO!" versus Jotaro? If so, yes to the first. WRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!
  6. The cold has been quite... cold. Massive amount of frost/ice on cars in the early mornings. I personally haven't checked the lemon tree or any of my potted plants. My mints should be fine (I should restart their pots since they're slowing down) but my small rosemary was slowing down and showed some signs of yellowing. Anyways, I'm gearing up for starting up some seedlings. I just ordered seeding stuff. At the moment I'm sure about winter squashes (2), some marigolds (to ward off pests for everything I'm going to grow. Targeting horn worms and burrowers) and 4 tomato plants (Will be in buckets. Thinking of cherry/grape type). I don't have any seeds besides some bitter melon seeds, so I can go for two and that should be it. All lettuce and Brassica I can get at Farmer Market or wait for any trip back to the Bay Area for Asian kinds. Edit: Got this guy for the squash. http://the200acres.m...products/lakota Revan, if you like, I could send you some of the seeds if you feel like growing this. Also on the tomatoes, do you think a 5 gallon Home Depot bucket will work for a fully sized tomato plant?
  7. The animation and art style can be rather... odd. No idea where you can start since there seems to be two timelines and the newer series takes place right after the original, so there is bound to be references back to the original. Maybe you can watch the movie with the alt timeline to see if you like it or not.
  8. I may have had too much to drink for the type of food I had. AMA.

  9. Homemade salad with cherry/grape tomatoes, olives, finely sliced Parmesan and balsamic dressing for the past week. I combine it with bread with olive oil dip and bacon/chicken. Still good even now. Added to my list of things to make for a week of dinners. As an added bonus, it works really well for lunch at school. As a negative, it doesn't fill the stomach enough to hold off a 12% bomber sized beer (Stone's Old Guardian). Holy fuck am I woozy after not drinking anything for a week. I can somewhat think but fuck can I translate a quarter of anything I do correctly. FYI, this post is heavily edited to make sure its all correct. Mistakes were everywhere. Salad is not good for beer. Today I learned. Hard. Hahaha. God I am dizzy. I am also noticing fragment sentences. Oh yeah, salad is made from Romaine, green/red leaf lettuce (more Romaine than leaf), red cabbage and sprouts. I store them all in plastic containers so they're more or less ready to go. I just got to add in the tomatoes, olives, cheese and dressing. Oh and the ground pepper. I could cook the chicken or bacon ahead of time. Also did I mention salad is bad for making you drunk less? Fuck am I fighting myself to type everything correctly.
  10. So about Captain Harlock... I'll get back to it soon. I've been recently watching Gundam ZZ so I can get on to Char's Counterattack and ultimately Gundam Unicorn. Currently on episode 6 and shit just haven't been going well. Am I watching a slice of life anime with goof ball cast? Things just has been really silly of which I don't recall Gundam ever having. It had light hearted moments but not like this.
  11. On the verge of a rap/hip hop phase again. Gundam Unicorn rap mashup.
  12. Oh god, I am feeling such a Ghost in the Shell vibe from this. Loving it. HOWEVER, I'm not really holding my breath since I just couldn't get into The Witcher. Maybe I could try again... also I need gameplay. Atmosphere is spot on on what I love. Now have a gameplay that I'll like. Edit: Modders should also mod the game so it'll play GitS and other cyberpunk soundtracks. I would die.
  13. He's eating off the dirty dishes as well. So just do a straight up comparison with his dishes and good clean ones and show him just what the hell he is putting in his (and yours) body
  14. Its sort of hard to say no to the department head... so I joined his class. This'll be interesting since I heard so much about him as a person (Fac and grad student drama is funny).

  15. Needed a new shoe so why not a more durable work boot? Edit: My current daily shoe, a Nike, has some minor minor holes but the sole is pretty much worn flat to the point that its not reliable on wet and/or sloped surfaces. This boot isn't too high that it'll be a pain to take on and off each day plus its waterproof. Will people notice my return and purchase of this boot instead? Too bad the other one shipped already... returning that ASAP.
  16. If you have to choose between the two (Since both HP and Dell are crappy in general), I would go for the HP one for the reasons Dean posted. I'm not sure about Borderlands 2 and Dead Island but I'm have a good feeling that it'll be able to run the games I gifted you and the other games you have.
  17. The video on that page scares me. The rear buttons seems fine but the top two seems kind of odd to get to.
  18. Got it. This might be the best route for Valve to take. Odd but at least they don't have to take the full brunt of the hardware side of things. So yeah, hardware and thus the price on all versions are going to be the biggest issues. Valve's one got the issue with Linux. If they all can survive to Gen 2 to Gen 3 then I see it possible that this can catch on. Gen 1 is going to be messy and painful. For the love of everything holy, Valve better test and review the hardware for all versions. It would be terrible if an incident like the Greenlight ones (Towns and War Z) happen with the Steam Boxes.
  19. So am I getting the right idea that there will be multiple versions by different companies? There is Valve's own, and at least one other by Xi3. Kind of confusing for a console, I suppose. Then there is also the idea of Valve's own will try to output to eight TVs with different games at once in future iterations... that seems like something I wouldn't expect for even generation nine for consoles. Future tech talk.
  20. Geez, almost makes the idea of pulling off a French-styled revolution sound nice. Still more popular than Congress though.
  21. Now... I sort of want in on the action. I might not be able to pull EVE off but DUST I might be able to since I'm a shooter junkie.

I have come under the realization that someday I will have to tour the country for a year to try out all the exceptional beers the country have to offer.
  23. And I am back with Chinese classics. This was the theme song for a Chinese crime drama that spanned just about 30 years (I think, it is old and last a very long time). Mandarin version with a remake? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g257bozJKaw
