In Hong Kong I finally got Evocation HK's new album "Libation" directly from the record label. They were across the major street from where I was staying, which was awesome. Also got a band shirt. It's also how I got introduced to the band and song on the top of this page. Sadly I didn't have enough cash on me to get that album since I come to love it. Anyhow, my favorite track so far: In Taiwan I picked up Chthonic's new album "Battlefields of Asura" along with their first one. I am not as big of a fan but I like them enough to do so. Can't decided on a favorite song yet... so have another Hong Kong band album I got... Too bad they didn't have the older albums at the store I was at... maybe I should've asked the two band members...

If they shot them, it would be big enough news to show up on the front page here in Taiwan. Still, isn't it a bit dicey on using what is classed as a chemical weapon into another nation? As far as the UN/Geneva or whatever looks at it, tear gas isn't much different from the deadly gases. Troops cannot even use tear gas.

Umm... Due to how interconnected the world is right now, I cannot even escape the news from home while on vacation. So I have to ask: Why are we tear gassing people at the border after sending troops down there weeks to a month plus in advance? Like what the fuck has the US been up to since I was gone for a little more than a week? Did we technically gas a foreign nation? So many questions. So many concerns.

I finally got around to watching season 2 of Castlevania. Improved on the first season for sure. There's also a lot of buildup with pretty much what MJ talked about above with a few episodes focusing on Dracula and company.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna ~ The Golden Country I honestly don't look forward to the story unfolding with this being a prequel and all... gameplay wise, this has improvements over the base game.

Sooner or later I think I'll lose a buddy, a friend or family to this. Edit: Oh man, this reply. Not sure if I should be angry or laughing.

To be honest, even the suggestion of voiding the 14th Amendment is so batshit insane and insulting that it blows my already blown mind. Maybe because it directly applies to me and a vast majority of people I know since our parents are immigrants. We all collectively went "... What?" at the suggestion. Like jeez, we're not too many steps from being citizens of no nation. That thought is terrifying.

The Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade Korean adaptation that just came out on Netflix is alright. It's practically the same movie with some extra stuff that may or may not make it better. Though, the art direction in terms of lighting and camera shot were downgraded in my opinion.

Well, looks like Hatsuu might proof the Crossbell fan localization since there's nothing legal stopping her now. And regarding CS3/4, Hatsuu wasn't the first person to coordinate the localization of Trails games. She really only came to the fore front with 3rd which came out like... last year (seriously can you believe that!?). Regardless though... hold on to dear life!
