The Empire isn't the empire I grew up with. You say Stormcloaks are Nordic Nazis, the Thalmor are Imperial Gestapo. I had to spoil the bit about Whiterun because I ended up in that quest chain and as soon as it kicked in I got inheritance from an NPC in Whiterun. I checked the Wiki n then did a save backtrack. It seems not much changes, mainly the Jarl changes and....Lydia.

I really need to dig out my GBC. Was telling tales of it to my younger sister now she has a DS. "Back in my day we had 2 action buttons, one screen and AA batteries and we liked it!"

I was slightly miffed that "adventure mode" and "Survival mode" seem to have become the same thing, yet at their conception they were described as being two modes, much like Survival and Creative is at the moment. You used to be able to go exploring, digging crafting etc. But now you also need to go farming too since you don't just have health but hunger, which really impedes on the exploring element a bit. And if you don't want that then you go into Creative mode which wipes out everything else. And since so little is explained, having to use wikis, adding more and more mechanics is not a great idea. I got onto the forum server after not touching MC for months. Was down underground digging away when I started taking damage for no apparent reason. Turns out I was starving to death.

No, I called it "measly". I also have about the same, the problem is I have more loot than people have cash. Meaning in order to sell it I need to start heading out to other towns, by which point the sellers reset in my home town and the cycle begins again. Just not worth the bother so I just sell stuff as n when than doing a serious emptying out. However opening my "sell-able loot" chest does grind my game to a bit of a halt.

Dragons, dragons everywhere. Also tenshi pointed out to me that if you put save "name of save" in the console you can name your saves, such as "before character creator" or "before Whiterun" etc.

I even have my phone as a calculator for some of the more complex ratios. (e.g forsworn sword of 13 weight to 76 gold or something) As for books I don't collect them to read, but to get the collections. So all of the Wolf Queen, Real Barnezziah etc. I even have a shelf for all the journals you pick up, but they're only small so fall over :/

I keep the books. It's why I have the Markarth house, 3 book shelves with 4 shelves of 18 book capacity each. All together too instead of spread about. Also most of the books aren't bad gold:weight ratio. Stuff like history of empire are a measly 3:1, but you've got a fair few are 50:1.

http://www.rockpaper...tching-pc-users I Am Alive dev decides not to port to PC due to bitching, piracy and cos he wants to sell more than 50,000 units. As Walker sanely points out it has more chance of selling that much if it's ported than if it wasn't. And since it's Ubisoft they can DRM the hell out of the game. Though I'd wager that's more of a turn off than something to welcome gamers.

RPS reported similar, it's where I heard of it being a new studio. I'm not sure on this speculation though. Bioware is the EA RPG & MMO brand, Command & Conquer is an RTS. Unless they're following the "turn strategy games into other genres" craze sweeping the nation and using the established Command & Conquer name (and Bioware name too I guess) for a new RPG series?
