There's no such thing as a "refund" on a Kickstarter project though. The project is funded, completed and releasing soon. To repeat the usual mantra: Kickstarter is not a store. And it's getting advertised all over the place, I'd say it's gonna do fairly well. Especially for a new series. From what I've gathered on JonTron he's not only said some pretty shitty stuff but when called out on it rather than being "oh yeah, I run a channel that has kids watching and such" he just went and did a non-apology and doubled down on it. Whats funny is I've seen folks saying that Playtronic removing him from the game is against his first amendment rights...which don't exist over here and in fact our free speech laws do come with a bunch of caveats against hate speech. (also his speech, given the style of the game, is mostly gonna be gobbledygook anyway). AND HE STILL HAS A PERSONAL CHANNEL WITH 3M SUBSCRIBERS.

Currently dabbling with Warframe. Been recommend it and so far I'm kind of enjoying it, I can certainly see the comparisons with Destiny. It's pretty stylish, and the movement is pretty great. Also the maps so far are very friendly for people that are wanting to go exploring. Linear to the degree of getting you to your goal, without just being a corridor shooter. Also diving back into FFXV, though with the news of the update I had held off a wee bit.

Premise seems to be that Vulture is a salvage dude, but since the salvage around New York is ex-Chitauri stuff Tony Stark is stepping in for the salvaging stuff to keep it off the streets kinda putting Vulture out of business and is the "big guy stepping on the little guy". Also Scarlet Spider!

BTW in regards to TCPs post, I just quite enjoy we're all pulling different things from the game.

So I'm abusing my access to free magazines through my library and flicking through old back issues and come across an article mentioning the 2nd series of Voltron will be coming out in January 2017...and I'm like "but that's three months ago I guess it didn't hit that release date cos no one has mentioned it". Turns out it did and just no one has mentioned it. So that's added to my "to watch" queue, but after Standalone Complex.

Biggish update coming out for FFXV tomorrow. Including tweaks to Chapter 13 (I've yet to reach but heard it's not thought of fondly) and the ability to scale the big arches which is kinda cool. Had wanted to do that.

WHAT?!?!? Yeah, they're not exactly being coy about it. I believe their marketing plan is to sort of follow Episode VII where you knew Luke was in it, but in what capacity since he was missing from most of the marketing materials.

Finished the first series of Psychopass. I'm to understand that the second isn't worth watching so gonna skip it. It took a bit for it to fit with me, but yeah turned out kinda good. I did have difficulty following a lot of the names until toward the end which didn't help as it took a bit to understand who folk were talking about. There's also a flashback episode which kinda threw me too. Interesting idea behind it, though I find some aspects around the sybil system should have been explored a bit more. Some was left a bit vaguely explained too though I think it's by design (...maybe not the right phrasing, as in the writers were a bit clueless on some bits too so just left it hanging).
