    I feel like if it were priced at $40, I would've immediately picked it up. As it stands, I'm just curious if the story is worth $60, because the block puzzling doesn't look like it's worth that much.

    Went to see Cowboys and Aliens. I was completely surprised that it was a good film. The previews made it look dire, but I couldn't pass up on Paul Dano, Harrison Ford, Sam Rockwell and Clancy Brown all in the same movie. What DID look dire, however, was the trailer for "Battleship". Yes, the board game Battleship. Now how do you make that into a movie? Do you have "The Hunt for Red Octobor" or "U-571" by staging crazy naval warfare? Of course not. What you need is FLYING ALIEN SPACE BOATS! And of course, they get Liam Neeson to say his Trailer Quote (side: I love Liam Neeson to death, but even I'm starting to wear thin on Hollywood's penchant for putting him in everything to say stupid, stupid lines), "Fire weapons." "Which ones, sir?" "ALL OF THEM." EDIT: Forgot Sam Rockwell, whom I also adore. Though they didn't have a patented "Sam Rockwell Dance" this time.

    All I know is that I've had more fun with my phone than I've had with my DS in years. And why should I pay $40 a pop when I can easily pick up some arcadey experience for 99 cents, and leave the core experiences for the house?

      madbassman basically nailed it as far as I'm concerned. Both parties have lost a sense of real purpose other than to oppose the other guys, and the public leans on it as an easy way to decide who to vote for without being informed.

    Bastion. One moment almost brought me to tears, and now I understand what gamers talk about when they mention "their moment", but I can't really talk about it with anyone who hasn't played up to the part I have. It's too good to be spoiled.

    Bastion is incredible. Great combat, great story, and some truly touching moments. I'm not even done with it, yet I'd say it's one of the best games I've played this year.

      game.co.uk still has copies of the CE. They are however sending out Headstart codes in batches - not instantly like Amazon was.
